“If your child needs a chicken pox vaccine (or any vaccine for that matter), this is the place to go. Their pharmacist, Venetia, is incredible.Took my 1 year old here for a chicken pox vaccine. Having been through the brutal experience of his MMR vaccines (which admittedly are a lot worse), I came prepared for another traumatic episode!We were asked to have a seat while she prepared the room. After a few minutes, we were called through - in this tiny room, she had prepared the vaccine and put her phone on the desk facing us with Peppa Pig playing. We had a seat, she asked me to restrain him (although he was suitably distracted by Peppa) and with Ninja like precision, she gave him the vaccine. He barely flinched - eyes welled up a touch - but then absolutely fine and bounced out of the pharmacy.So great to be treated by someone who has a genuine care and love for their job!”

“I have been going to this Pharmacy for 5 years now and I can honestly say they are not only very professional and have a good stock, they are also kind and genuinely want to help their customers.I have ADHD so I tend to be very forgetful and there have been a few times I went there and urgently needed my prescriptions at short notice and they always tried to help in any way they could.The older gentleman with glasses especially, has so much patience with me and so does the younger lady with glasses and all their colleagues.I am always treated with care and kindness, I never knew going to a pharmacy would be such a pleasure!”

“Boots is a great pharmacy this shop is a little smaller and doesn't stick as many things as the bigger one next ti lidl on falcon drive but still you can get your mist essentials and open until 7pm”

“The pharmacists are top quality and always very helpful. It would be a 5 star review if the counter staff were a bit more clued up regards prescriptions. I've lost count of the number of times I've asked for my meds and given them my name and address and they look for it and come back and ask me to write my name down! It's three letters long, how difficult can it be? I don't have any issues with those who don't speak English as their first language but they must be able to understand the clientele in order to serve them accurately and quickly, this unfortunately is not always the case.”

“Havto give a shout out to Mary - I have been visiting this Superdrug store for many many years and I think I have been served by her nearly every time and every time with a smile and a giggle and nothing is too much, this woman deserves some praise!Has actively engaged with me many times showing me products and alerting me to offers where I have made purchases purely from her recommendation.Very skilled customer service/sales - an assett to Superdrug!I havto say though, although hesitant to complain but the amount of times I have nearly spent money on make up only to be told no testers and some staff policing their customers almost waiting in the wings hovering around you to try to ’catch you’ opening a product or testing a product and checking what you are doing when you are browsing thinking about making a purchase however when asked whose job is it to reorder testers or restock shelves they suddenly dont speak the same language as me and will not be held responsible, I’ve often been told no stock or they dont carry an item in store but then when probed and asked to look through their stock - hey presto there is stock its just not on display or tester in the wrong place or I find it myself in another isle - these staff members time would be better spent concentrating on restocking or requesting new testers when empty/missing than policing paying customers.I left spending £3.55 when I was about to spend £30 as was put off thisevening by a staff members abrupt manner.”

She's efficient, professional, helpful and she always gives fantastic service with a smile !My son needed some needles (for diabetes) as he run out during this Easter season and Sharnell provided us with some without any problems.
