It is actually impressive how rude they are in this post office. I would literally rather walk to Skegness to collect my parcel before dealing with them again

I have the unfortunate need to frequently visit this dreadful place, as I work nearby and require postal services for returning parcels from on line shopping or ebay. There are two people serving behind the counter, a sweet lady and a rather unpleasant gentleman, who is always extremely rude and clearly unhappy with his work, so he appears to be trying to constantly annoy his customers by creating problems for them, and basically refusing to serve them in any opportunity. I have witnessed him do it with other customers, but also experienced it myself. There is always a problem with the labels, he always seems awfully distrusting on peopleâ??s abilities to place their parcel in the correct zone, and continuously acts as if all the customers should by default know the process of how they would like the parcels scanned. Not to go into too much detail, but I have decided to seek alternative service, because I donâ??t think any of us paying customers need the drama, or the superiority compllex.

Greats newsagents and post office. The postmaster has an interesting sense of humour but is a decent man.

Unfortunately I've had to visit this post office on a few occasions as it's the closest one to my home. It is, without any doubt, the worst post office I have ever been to. All the staff are incredibly rude and yesterday they even lied to me by saying that they couldn't accept my parcels when there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. I then had to walk to another post office who accepted my parcels without hesitation. Avoid this place if you possibly can.

Some of the worst service I've ever had in my life. I had to go to the shop 4 times before the post office was open, and they refused to tell me when it would be closed. (They close at random times for seemingly no reason whatsoever.) When I finally managed to find it open, the older man started yelling at me that I had to pay for my envelope (which I had paid for, in front of his eyes, only a minute prior). It's the only post office in my area but I will happily go out of my way to never again step foot in their establishment.
