They simply scammed people?s money!!!The amount of the money that I paid for Christmas cards were way more expensive than I checked online. I only realized after I sent. It?s just ridiculous. Staff were definitely not friendly too.

The post offfice staff is always helpful.The royalmail collection times has changed throughout the whole of UK .Its nothing to do with post office .Opening times for royalmail is 8:00 Am -10:00AM .

This post office just gets worse. 2.30pm Wednesday huge line including mums with small babies. One person serving at the speed of a turtle. Another person defiantly doing admin work while everyone waits. I decided to just stare at her just to check if she had any self awareness what so ever, well she purposefully didn?t make eye contact and continued, however clearly noticed me staring her down as kept shaking her head and raising her eyebrows at how uncomfortable it was making her. She clearly had the self awareness of what she was doing and it?s effect on making 10s of people wait but couldn?t care enough to actually put her own thing to the side for 5 minutes to help by doing her job foremost which I imagine is actually serving customers. Says it all.

It was honestly surreal - this is not a secure place for people make financial transactions with staff.I tried to buy $300 and asked the rate, which I was told - £204 for $300. This was only slightly higher than the online rate, so I accepted. It took the man several minutes to find any dollars, but colleagues eventually directed him there. He returned and charged me. He then didn't hand over the dollars or the receipt when I asked for one, and after a pause said 'you need to pay £256 now'. When queried, he just kept repeating, and refusing to issue my receipt for the money I had already paid. Eventually I asked to speak with someone else - he said no three times before giving in and telling me to go along to another woman with him. He then inaudibly spoke with her. The woman then asked me how many euros I wanted. Then she told me to take £204 in cash. Then she offered me euros again. Then she told me I had used the wrong rate. Then she told me what £184 would buy in dollars and asked me to pay. Then she insisted repeatedly that I hadn't already paid, until I showed her my personal banking app (given I had no receipt) - to prove to her I had. Then she loudly said 'I really don't have time to sort this out'. Then she snapped 'OK so you want dollars, well you've only paid for $240 so is that fine?'. Both ignored my repeated requests for a receipt or refund option. In the end I had been there for half an hour and was no longer confident enough to give them my card again, so had to accept the higher rate which I had not agreed to, and the lower amount of dollars for my trip. I was never apologised to at any point. In the end I asked for the name of the first man, as it really seemed that he didn't know what he was doing. He had moved away to serve another customer by this time and the woman responded 'you can wait again and ask him' - when I asked her why she couldn't tell me, as his senior, she just shrugged and said 'too busy' before walking off. It's worrying to think that they don't give out receipts readily, get rates wrong, are unclear about charging cards, have terrible internal communication and still have an informal policy of protecting eachother from any level of accountability when making mistakes or treating customers badly.

I don?t like giving poor reviews. However, I?ve visited this Post Office on multiple occasions and I?ve always left feeling a worse person, even when I?ve tried to smile, be polite and cheery this is rarely reflected. Truly, I empathize with the team members. The volume of people they deal with with different challenges and frustration must be tiresome. Keen to understand how the employee experience could be made better? Hopefully that could result in healthiness and happiness for customers and employees?

The staff here is always polite and helpful .They are well trained in passport and DVLA services .I recommend any one looking for any enquiry in related to passport and DVLA they should visit this office .My dvla and passport was done so smoothly .Please go to counter one for any enquires for DVLA and passport .
