Horrendous experience with a potential fraud payment I was trying to make. It was a repeat payment (same payment monthly for 30 months)... 80 minutes of questions. I was able to answer all of them.. upshot: The payment was cancelled and the account is blocked. I'm moving banks

To small and pocky, closed for renovations, though they were putting more counters in, but no when they reopened still only 2, long ques, wouldn't recommend.

Walked half an hour to get here to find that it?s closed for refurbishment. It?s 2022 - you should expect that your customers will be using things like google maps to check your opening hours. Update them!!!

Terrible Branch. Dark, cavernous, dirty unwelcoming and dingy space with no one to help. Two tills and the longest queue. I had to pay off mortgage with very large transaction and told I had to do this at the counter in a public space!, not taken to a private booth for this kind of thing while they are asking personal details to be verbally answered in earshot of everyone!Disgraceful.

Worst bank branch in the world! There?s a huge banking hall with just two counters and no other staff to help reduce the extremely long queue. There?s absolutely no customer care!

Appallingly slow service in a dingy, dark and dirty bank. One customer being served (20 mins and counting to confirm their address!!) I was the only customer waiting and the 2nd teller left. Maybe I won?t open an account with them if this is how bad the service is

Very long queues as majority of customers require customers service at the desk. Several members of staff available, but only one at the desk to assist. Surely in times such as these, common sense should prevail - help to bring down the queue. Elderly standing for long periods of time, staff members not communicating to customers. Doesn't make sense!

Because of coronavirus in 2021 I was mislead several times with how to go about switching my current account to a student account. The branch members and the over the phone assistants obviously have a very concerning miscommunication. I was not able to speak to anyone higher up in the branch, and when I tried to call the branch, there is no way to contact a human being. I am very disappointed in the customer service provided for me. I am definitely considering switching to a different bank all together because this is ridiculous.

I have visited your bank today at 10:00am. There was a long queue in front of your branch which became quote normal these days. However, the person from this Santander branch who was directing the people in an out was extremely rude. This person expects the people to know everthing before they arrive to the branch. Very disappointing customer service. Never go back to this branch.
