Very rude staff, no manners at all ,gave me the wrong drinks and then said that?s what I asked for then called security guards when I questioned it

Weatherspoon is Al time classic for Sunday brunch, fish and chips and decent burgers. Convenient and amazing prices, not the highest level of quality thought but an amazing selection of beers and Gin Tonic. Highly recommended to locals, easy access, easy food, easy life at great prices. It's our Sunday habit. Thanks Wetherspoon you are great!

Love it here! It?s been here forever and it creates a community! Food and drinks are affordable. I heard it may be closing and is up for purchase, I really hope it doesn?t!

I like Wetherspoon pubs, but this particular restaurant seemed too dirty to me. But overall, it was delicious.

Food was good, we had the 3 small dishes for £14.99 x2 and it was enough for both of us plus our child who also had their own small pizza which they swapped for our food. They have a good selection of soft drinks included in the children's menu as well as the normal menu. Considering it was mothers day service was not slow and nothing was sold out was a lovely meal out in all. ?

Nice chilled atmosphere, was early enough that we weren't in the lunchtime rush, so was served as soon as we hit the bar.

Was given incorrect order (I challenged it but they insisted that?s what I ordered) and then told I had to pay for it. Cheek. Waiter was just doing as instructed but management should be disgusted!

That gourmet steak was divine. It was a sweet sensation to my palate. Kudos to the chef Anna and the hospitable barman Liam who served me. Shout out to Lynn whose infectious smile could never go unnoticed. CAN'Tbelieve this pub is going to close. ?

Literally went in it was really busy which on a Friday fair play most of the staff were rude apart from 1 who was awsome after a little encouragement. They ran out of all larges.anyway after eventually getting a table the food was spot on.spoke to the doorman Abdul he was a gent even though a Liverpool fan lol he was a genuinely a nice guy.anyway walked out to go back to the hotel and the South African female door person said u can't smoke there even though we Literally don't smoke and had no intention of smoking there and then within seconds lit a cigarette in virtually the same place and when I questioned her said it was OK as she needed to watch what was going on.weatherspoon u need to sort your staff. People return when welcomed with friendly staff ie Abdul peace out much love Manchester

Pretty much a good experience. They should write what's in the Mediterranean salad, though, as not everyone likes quinoa (I think). Nice place to spend a chat with a friend.

We stumbled across this while killing time in the area during a work trip and ended up eating here on consecutive days. It?s the smallest Wetherspoons we have been in but has a small garden area too. The staff were the best Spoons employees we have encountered as they were all welcoming and friendly despite it being busy. Standard Wetherspoons food but portions were good compared with some others and the service was prompt (we used the app to order). Enjoyed reading about the history of the area and why this is called The Asparagus.

Having finished his meal I took a moment to close my eyes whilst leaning on my partner.Apparently this is considered ?sleeping in the pub? and means that we need to leave?Interesting and very specific policy given the noise and behaviour of various individuals surrounding us throughout our visit.
