Poor customer service, dispensed half of a prescription, said to come back so they could give me the rest, didn?t tell me when I should come back, now saying I need to get the prescription again - why??!? Tell people when they should come back instead of wasting their time and the doctors time to get another prescription

Kept getting my prescription wrong and made me feel like it was always my fault and didn't have the decency to apologize. Wouldn't use that pharmacy again. Getting a prescription filled there correctly or even at all is a matter of luck. I can only give a one star rating and I'd give it no stars if I could.

I would like to be able to use the pharmacy as registered disabled and it's my local pharmacy......however......the pharmacist told me he was unable to do my repeat prescription because 'It takes me too long and you have too many medications to do every month.'Basically, go away, I can't be bothered.I now use the wonderful co-op repeat prescription free home delivery service for anyone else that is turned away by this pharmacist and is made to feel like a burden.

The pharmacists are top quality and always very helpful. It would be a 5 star review if the counter staff were a bit more clued up regards prescriptions. I've lost count of the number of times I've asked for my meds and given them my name and address and they look for it and come back and ask me to write my name down! It's three letters long, how difficult can it be? I don't have any issues with those who don't speak English as their first language but they must be able to understand the clientele in order to serve them accurately and quickly, this unfortunately is not always the case.

Excellent. LAURA who works there for years had just given me a FLUE JAB. Yes, you can get it at your local Pharmacy - OLDE PHARMACY. It is a small Pharmacy I get my repeat prescription with. I am registered disabled and never come across stigma due to that - and to the opposite: The pharmacy Manager Steve was always nice to me - likewise all pharmasists. It was almost a place of solace fir me where I would be treated with respect like an appropriate adult.LAURA given me today a FLUE JAB. It didn?t hurt at all. Excellent LAURA. When it comes to COVID-19 vaccine I will be there first. BRAVO ????????I hope this comment can contribute to more people having their FLUE JAB in The ?OLDE?PHARMACY. BRAVO????Laura. You give great seemless injections too... I am sure. I recommend Laura for Nhs Flue Jab ?? ??? and any other injections done in Pharmacy. Laura is fantastic with a needle... before I thought it is going to happen it was already after. Barely a slight gentle pinch and itvwas be side of injected substance and nit a perk. Excellent??

I went into the pharmacy close to closing time with an urgent need for medication that evening. Lara and staff were really supportive, kind and bent over backwards to helps me. Lara went well out of her way and phoned my doctor to help expedite getting the prescription sent over that night, allowed me to stay past closing and provided me with best next steps. Thanks to Lara, I was able to get the medication that night and avoid a stressful late night trip to A&E. Thank you Lara and team for your help! I will definitely be returning to this pharmacy.

Verbally abused by owner. Avoid at all costs.I went in to dispose of medication responsibly and was yelled at by Lara Laundon, the owner. She misunderstood that an oral syringe doesn't have a needle. Understandably, they can't dispose of syringes with a needle, but an oral syringe doesn't have a needle (something a pharmacist should know).Instead of looking at the syringe as a you'd expect, I got yelled at to the point of tears. This is our local pharmacy, and now we're switching because a customer should never ever be verbally abused, particularly when the pharmacist is in the wrong.Avoid. Find another pharmacy to visit.

Changed briefly to this chemist every time I went in to buy something you have to answer all of these questions it was getting on my nerves so even though my old chemist was further away I changed back to them much less hassle and a better quicker service.I do not recommend this chemist
