Mistreatment from the people who went to him to fill out my line. They told me that we do not do this service, knowing that I had bothered them more than once, and I went one time and they told me that we do not have employees today. We cannot open the branch.

My existing contract sim card was damage and did work, they give me replacement but it didn?t work too I had to came back to the shop (16min one way) and they block my account accidentally ?after that they told me they can do nothing.

There's a young Asian girl in her 20s working there absolutely clueless and unprofessional didn't even try and help me with the fault on my phone just tried to upgrade me another and charge me an extra £20 a month. Just aswell her college was there and reset my phone and is now in perfect working order.. is she so unexperienced that she didn't realise the problem.. inwhich you have to train your workers better. Or did she just want to upgrade me to make commission. Either way I feel like going back into the shopping telling her... I might just do that one day

I went to enquire about samsung watch5,the staff were helpful but did not see any watch, for no body offered, may be they did not store any or to be fair I was in a hurry for my gym slot, I will try again as I have my contract with EE for a very long time. EE is like the wife you can't live with her and you can't live without her but still love her.

Best service I?ve had , was greeted by someone friendly as I explained my need i was ask to have a seat , I explain to the lady that I suffer from anxiety and dealing with upgrades and things over the phone is a bit hard for me. She understood me immediately and made the call and the necessary upgrade adjustments when it came to the security parameters, I was asked just to confirm the numbers and I was dealt with very professionally. this is by far the best service I have ever received a very compassionate person, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with special needs always , well done
