Horrible experience , had to leave before we sat down due to employee prejudice, Employee called Thiago was very racist and incredibly disrespectful. Raising his voice. I believe he was being Islamophobic due to most of my family wearing hijabs(Headscarves).Ordered us to move rudely, not understanding. All other employees were nice and sweet except him, we've been there many times, this was the first time anything like this has happened. Really hope he is removed from the staff. His name is Thiago, so If you ever plan to visit this Nandos please be wary of him(Description: Bald with overdeveloped stomach). Another detail is that during his cleaning of our table he intentionally sprayed my family and I with chemicals. We are really considering to press charges. You must also consider the fact that apart from one other family that had already been served we were the only ones there, so he had no justification for his unnecessary rush, racism and impoliteness. I hope that this Nandos branch can move forwards from this incident.

Walked in today with my family, since we walked in all members of staff were incredible except for one member of staff that I think was named thiago. He was the chef there. We've been to this specific nandos many times. When we were taken to our seats he made us stand up with a very aggressive tone after another member of staff told us to sit down. This wasn't a deal breaker but as we got ready and went to order our food he started speak incredibly fast so my mother politely asked to repeat it slower as she is and elderly woman. He responded with "I haven't got time and if you want to you have to wait for me to finish so be patient I dont have time for you." The tone he said this with was incredibly disrespectful and ruined my whole family's night with his behaviour. We left immediately not even 5 minutes after entering and we have not even received our drinks yet. I happen to believe that he was islamaphobic due to my whole family wearing headscarves and robes.This is not the way to treat the customers and is terrible customers service.We were also one of the only families there. I have made it clear that as a regular customer me and my family will not be returning any time soon. I hope this can be sorted out and made aware with the senior management to deal with him and I hope that he will be removed off the team.Thank you.

I don?t usually do reviews but I just have to today. There was a small issue where I requested an empty small bowl for my sons ice cream instead of putting it on a plate as it was sliding off and the gentleman I asked was being a little difficult not wanting to and just stared at me like he didn?t understand like I was speaking in Chinese or something? Anyway that isn?t the reason I?m doing the review the real reason is because I just wanted to show my appreciation to a lady I think her name is Tisha who was absolutely amazing with us!!!! I?d like to really thank her for her charisma and joyful good energy and light to a somewhat dull atmosphere, my son is autistic and so was becoming quite agitated towards the end; Tisha was wonderful and understanding and communicated remarkably with not only him but everyone around. She is an asset to this branch along with Toby (who?ve I?ve met on another occasion) both very kind, hardworking and compassionate. As long as they?re at this branch I will be visiting. Thank you again Tisha your amazing!

The food was an amazing experience at Nando?s. Even though I waited for 20 mins for a seat since it?s usually a busy restaurant. It is worth it. The food is excellent quality and the staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Went to this nandos,I was pleased with the yummy food and there was a worker called Toby who was so nice, funny and interactive, he was so great and lovely however I can't say the same for someone called tiago, who was extremely rude and didn't seem to care about the fact that we just wanted to pay separately and kept rushing my friend to the point where she had to oay for half of the meal!!

Before i begin TOBY was an absolute legend was the reason i didn?t start a problem great atmosphere and interactive behaviour GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. I am not here to slander any hard working business but i can not just sit here and let this slide. Upon entering the restaurant we were told that the wait would be 20mins OBVIOUSLY WE KNEW IT WOULD IT WOULD BE LONGER THAN 20mins but the manager i believe was the one seating people i also think his name is Tiago or something like that NOT ONLY WAS HE EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND UNPATIENCE FORCING ME TO TAP MY CARD AND PAY FOR MAJORITY OF THE MEAL WHEN UT WAS AGGRED UPON THAT IT WOULD BE SPLIT. LISTEN UP I ALSO BELIEVE HE HAD SOME SORT OF DISLIKE TO CERTIN GROUPS SEATING IN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE THE WAY HE WOULD SPEAK TO THE OTHER COSTUMERS WHO HAS BEEN WATING FOR 1 hour for his food WAS DISGUSTING TO WATCH.(by people i mean people of COLOUR) Just outrageous.

We came here as a large group of 9, we were accomodated with staff putting tables together which was great. The staff weren't overly friendly, a few things were forgotten or left out which wasn't a big issue.

The manager was very rude with his reaction. Because we went to the cashier to get what we normally order the waiter suggested us to take family platter and she said this is for four people so we payed for it and she gave us four empty glass she didn?t explain to us that this is just for water when we filled it up with fizzy drinks the manager came up and he put his fingers inside the glasses we told him that we didn?t know that was just for water and I informed him that I don?t mind pay for it and he refused and grabbed the other two glasses and put his fingers in the other two and that was really disgusting because he was working on the grill and straight away came to us put his fingers on the drink and he started to shout on us in front all the customers now we are disgust of what he done and we asked him to cancel the order as we wasn?t comfortable and again he refused unfortunately I wasn?t expected to see that in Nando?s (the staff )

Staff were quite rude. The order was wrong when it came out and they didn't really want to fix it. Asked multiple times for knives as there was none available but they only brought them at the end of the meal so ended up eating with two forks.Food was ok but chicken undercooked. Wasn't much ambience to speak of with staff rushing around speaking loudly into their headsets.

I ate with family, there was good food, and everything else is self serve after purchase, but I had to ask for multiple things like plates and straws that could've been more accessible. The selection of condiments is good, but even the extra extra hot Peri sauce wasn't really spicy. There's a small selection of sodas at a fountain, but they also have iced tea and a children's drink tucked away somewhere. There was a wait time to get seating, but the food didn't take too long to come. I personally don't like music playing in the background, but I did appreciate the staffs assistance and the availablility of a station to wash hands at. All in all a good experience.Dietary restrictions: Halal chicken

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience my family and I encountered at Nando's Bayswater Express on the 14th of October, 2023. Our visit was marred by a series of incidents that not only left us humiliated but also raised questions about the level of customer service provided at your establishment.My family, consisting of my wife and three children, visited your restaurant for dinner. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find no one by the door, and there was no queue. Two empty tables were available, so I proceeded to the cashier to place our order. I inquired about the family meals and placed our order. I provided the cashier with our table number, which appeared to be in order initially.However, the ordeal began when my wife asked me to leave our table, as a staff member began shouting and waving his hands in front of our children. This was because she had not waited in the designated waiting area. When I approached the staff member politely to discuss the situation, he repeated the same behavior towards me and gestured for us to move to the waiting area near the door, next to the sign. Regrettably, he seemed uninterested in our explanation that we had conversed with another staff member who had given us permission to proceed.Additionally, despite having taken our order, our food was not served promptly, and we were not provided with the necessary tableware, such as forks. When we inquired about the delay, the staff member pointed us towards the serving table, which, to our frustration, was empty. This prolonged wait was particularly challenging for our children, who ended up eating with their hands.At this point, the situation escalated further when we had to seek intervention from the branch manager. Fortunately, the branch manager was courteous and offered to serve our children chocolate cake as a gesture of goodwill. We, however, declined the offer as the damage to our dining experience had already been done.The most disheartening aspect of our visit was the hostility and unfavorable comments directed at us by the staff. As residents of the vicinity, having lived just ten buildings away from your branch, we have frequented Nando's Bayswater Express before and have never encountered such hostile and unprofessional treatment.Given that our visit took place on the 14th of October, 2023, a day when there was a significant presence of Palestinian supporters on the street, we cannot help but wonder whether this external event influenced our experience. It felt as though we were treated unfairly, as if we were outsiders in our own neighborhood. The treatment we received was reminiscent of a street altercation, an experience that was particularly distressing, especially in the presence of our children.I can see in the questions that you require How much did we spend per person?, it sounds very corporate and how customers complaint will be valued..Best Regards,AliKid-friendliness: Very humiliated for me, my wife and our kids from 6 to 8 old.

went there last sunday (17 sep 2023) the food was average, it´s chicken so you can´t really go wrong with that. The service was horrible. Rude waiter, horrible attitude. Asked if they had any plain rice as I can´t eat spicy food, he told me the rice on the menu was as plain as you can get (eventhough it says on the menu that it´s spicy rice, he even made a face like:" the rice is so plain yukkk"). So I ordered the rice and the chicken, chicken was ok, the rice was obviously SPICY. Told the waiter I couldn´t eat that and ordered mash potato. Waited 20 minutes for the mash, ate cold chicken and that´s my experience at this place. Will defenitly never going back. If you want chicken just go to KFC, it´s cheaper, faster , you don´t get a terrible service and you can eat your food while it´s still hot.
