The staff are always very helpful whenever I come to make deposits or post items in this branch. We bring in a lot of coin bags from our charity and they are very patient when it comes helping us count the money. Sumbal in particular is extremely polite and courteous.

Experienced and friendly staff. The staff who helped me was Sumbal. I went to the post office to send application for driving license, I didn't know how to attach the required documents. She took the documents from me and verified if the documents and all the information was accurate. Perfect customer service.Sumbal deserve a raise. Keep up the good work

Sumbal was very helpful. She took the stress out of renewing my drivers licence. I was stressing and thinking I will have to fill in a form and have a photo taken. However she did it all and it was only 10 minutes. A really professional service provided from start to finish by her. Thank you so much Sumbal.

I had an outstanding experience at the post office yesterday while exchanging my foreign driving license for a GB license. Sumbal, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me complete the necessary paperwork and even took care of packaging my documents with great attention to detail. Sumbal's friendly and helpful attitude made the entire process a breeze. I wish more places had such wonderful customer service. A definite 5-star rating!

I came by today the 11th Sept to renew my discounted bus pass and Sumbal was excellent with customer service. She demonstrated a very brilliant attitude and humility. Mr. Hussein was extremely helpful. I needed to send a prepaid envelope to a hotel, so they could send back items we had left behind. He made sure we had enough postage, sent it next day, and gave me all the information to make sure we get the missing items before we leave the country. Incredibly patient and helpful.

I was visiting London while on holiday from Australia and was not familiar with the process of how to post and track my package. We had accidentally packed the key from our Ireland B&B and needed to get it back to them urgently. Sumbal was fantastic and helped me out with it all! Even though they were closing - she made the time to help me. It was very kind of her and I really appreciated it.

all of the workers were so helpful, especially the man on the desk. Not sure what his name is but he saw me struggling and actively came over to help me fill out my form for renewing my license. Big Thankyou to everyone for making it such an easy process!:)
