Fresh and tasty food with a smile! Just wanted to say thank you to the person who served me on Sunday morning they didn?t know this but I was buying breakfast for my family staying with our daughter in ICU at St Mary?s hospital. They were very helpful and kindly gave a pastry on the house. Have always loved Pret for food but the customer service is also on point!

Pret in Paddington station / Whilst buying other items , I asked for a cup of water for my very thirsty dog , the lady said yes of course , and got me one. The manager overheard and chastised her in front of me,telling her she should not give out cups ! I felt so sorry I got her into trouble , I told the manager it was my fault , he said it was fine , well it wasn?t fine or he wouldn?t have made a big deal about it.I left the water there . I asked instead at Nero when I was getting a coffee where they could not have been nicer , such a grumpy manager who has no people skills , do not tell off your staff in front of customers!

Why is the bin sealed up with a sign that they ?can?t provide a bin at this branch?? Is this for the same reason so many reviews of Pret branches mention an ?out of order? toilet for months on end?

I remember when Pret used to mean good food and excellent service. Just had a Super Club sandwich (which now costs a fiver to take away). Not as flavoursome as it used to be. I approached the counter with friendliness but was met with dead-eyed indifference. How the mighty have fallen.

Tried the main Pret at platform 12 this morning but they were out of the hot food I wanted, so I went across to the check out the other one I never visit, and they still had some. (Both branches seemed overflowing with Tuna melt toasties, which apparently no-one wants.) Service is a bit impersonal but the food and coffee are good, and you don't have to wait too long, which is what counts.

Got 6 mins to board the train, got served at once, which is usually the case- the customer service in this pret always try hard not to keep customers waiting. Hot drinks are also decent. My sensitive stomach loved & thanks for the fresh & lovely chicken salad <3 I can see I left 5 stars 7 months ago, so I may only add pictures this time. Thank you for keeping your standards high!

Number 1 shop in London. The barista at PLAT 1 is a proper lad. I think his name was Micheal or Miguel or something like that. He made me an extra extra hot coconut cappuccino (3/4, no chocolate on top). It may have been me, but i felt a real connection. I live in Dubai so wont be back for a bit. Hopefully my habibi will still be there. Very good food as well.

I am generally a big fan of Pret and will always head there first when out and about in other cities. However, this was the most miserable Pret I have ever been to and will definitely avoid it next time I am in London. No greeting from the staff when my turn came, just a cold stare. When I asked if I could have milk, she just replied "What?" No "here you are", "please", "thank you" ? I think some very basic training is necessary at this store to cover basics like 1. Greet your customers. 2. Be polite. if you want your customers to return that is!

I do like the food at Pret, so it is my go to place for food on the fly. This place is convenient for me to grab food before boarding a train. I have yet to have a bad experience. They generally have what I want except during busy periods or where there are multiple train delays.A little pricey, but much better than what you get on the train.

Unfortunately another pret where they don?t do any iced drinks. Other than that they were nice and all! but still i left empty handed - there should be a way to know this before turning up to the cashier imo.

I normally love a good Pret. They are my go to for coffee before I travel by train. Unfortunately the Pret on platform one at Paddington should be avoided if you plan to get a coffee before boarding. After waiting over 10 mins for a standard Cappuccino I was forced to leave it so I did not miss my train. Granted it was busy and plenty customers were waiting for their orders, but as the staff had no visible system for handing out drinks on a first come first served basis, those shouting loudest where getting their orders first. That's one coffee you owe me Pret! Oh, to add insult to injury, no hot breakfast options available either. Unacceptable for a Pret that opened an hour before my visit. And good luck finding anything vegan for breakfast other that fruit.
