The worst branch ever! We ordered and set after few minutes we were kicked out!! This happened on 26 Nov 2023 at 5 pm by the manager ( lady with blonde hair - tried to read here name but she did not wear a name badge) because they told us the setting eara is closed even though they close at 8!!!!! I do not understanding why they did not inform us before we order and set!! And I do not understand why they close the setting erea before 2 hours for cleaning. I used to be a regular customer for Pret! It will be my last visit!! I left and went to Starbucks

I had a wonderful experience at Pret today, thanks to the friendly and professional service of Klaudiya, the manager. She greeted me with a smile and helped me choose a delicious sandwich and a coffee. She was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. She also checked on me during my meal and asked for my feedback. She was genuinely interested in making my visit enjoyable and satisfying. Claudia is a great asset to Pret and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and tasty bite. Thank you, Claudia, for your excellent service!

They have great food and breakfast selection, delicious juices as well as good hot beverages options. I liked that they are very fast when to get my order, but they never take name or number for the order. So how I supposed to know if that order is mine? I also asked for my cold food to be reheated and they refused to do it. Finally, unlike other cafe shops, Pret A Manager does not have employees with good and positive attitude!

Title: Unacceptable Hygiene Practices and Customer Service at Pret Queensway Station at 08:25am 10/11/2023Description:My recent experience with Pret Queensway was extremely disappointing. I ordered a tea, but instead of giving it to me, they mistakenly handed it to another customer. It became apparent that the other customer had already taken a sip from my tea when he returned to complain. The staff then took the contaminated drink from him and called out for the peppermint tea again.When I spoke up and identified myself as the intended recipient, I noticed that they were planning to give me the same tea that had been consumed by someone else. Naturally, I declined this offer as it was unhygienic and unacceptable. To my astonishment, they simply placed the same cup towards the vending machines.As I continued observing their actions, I saw that they brought back the exact same tea cup for me once again. This time, I firmly refused to accept it, explaining that this was still the same tea that had been compromised earlier. In response, one of the employees asked a colleague to make a fresh cup of tea but carelessly moved my original cup towards the bin.What shocked me even more was when this colleague grabbed a new cup and tea bag but proceeded to pour water from my old cup into it. Once again, I rejected this unsanitary practice and requested a completely new cup with a fresh tea bag.Overall, this experience at Pret Queensway has left me utterly appalled at their lack of hygiene standards and customer service. It is unacceptable for any establishment to serve beverages that have been contaminated or mishandled in any way. I hope this issue is addressed promptly by management to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

Just witnessed a mother with two small children (around 5 or 6 years old) asking for toilet for one of them. She heard that the toilet is for customers only. 21st century customer service. Thanks to that experience I will never use Pret ever again. Shame on you!

I have visited this location various times and I am always greeted with a warm embrace by the manager, Marcia. She has truly made my experiences ones that are worth while, always going the extra mile to make me smile, laugh and ensure I?m enjoying my usual breakfasts. Needless to say, I will continue being a loyal visitor and highly appreciate being made to feel welcomed!

When in London, don't go to chain restaurants simply because of the sheer amount of excellent cafes and restaurants. However, venturing to Kensington Gardens with my six-year-old daughter made me appreciate this Pret. It's near the Underground and the Diana Memorial Playground. It's spacious and sell many different drinks and food my daughter enjoys. They also have Wi-Fi and a restroom. (The restroom code is on your receipt.)
