I feel compelled to write a review for this branch, as nearly a year has gone and my mother is not happy with the hearing aid she purchased. My mother being 84, suffers from hard of hearing and has done for a number of years. My brother and I clubbed together to treat our mother to a digital hearing aid, as after a spell of NHS, was under the belief that digital would be better!!!!My mother is somewhat housebound and as I am the only relative in London to assist, it was hoped that a home visit could be done, despite adverts, this was not possible. As the audiologist does not work at the weekend at this branch weekday attendance was require, difficult as I work, but had tope done. Hearing aid purchased, fitting carried out etc, following which my mother had issues. As i wanted a weekend appoint due to work commitments, we were eventually seen by the sister branch of the franchise in Fulham Road. We were promised it would be remedied and that it was felt that the hearing aid prescribed was incorrect. Following this we had to deal only with Marble Arch, we did nougat a new preceded hearing aid. The hearing aid that was purchased as tinkered with and my mother told basically it will take time to get used to it. Obviously the staling and lengthy process meant was impossible for money back and dealing with people that felt that they prescribed the correct hearing aid instead of listening to the customer!!!! To add insult to injury, they also gave her a NHS hearing aid, to which she uses know.My mother has vowed not to use Specsavers again!!! Main chatting to other people not knowing of my mothers experience have also expressed dissatisfaction with the service from Specsavers, in particular the Audiology side.I can't see how they can provide a service in particular a service that would be for people as they get older and not provide a Saturday/weekend service and as for customer satisfaction, in my mothers experience, it just not there.I don't in particular want to continue berating Specsavers, as this would appear to just go on an on, but have been somewhat left infuriated as having had my mother over the Christmas period struggling to hear led to me writing this!!!!<IN REPONSE TO YOU I DONT HAVE ACCESS OR HOLD ACCOUNTS ON EITHER OF THE PLATFORMS YOU MENTION>

Terrible customer service, made to wait for 50 mins past appointment time, kept being asked same questions by staff. Staff arguing amongst themselves, card machine not working...total shambles.Glasses are good value, so try a different branch.

If I can -0 I will.. it doesn?t even deserve 1. Most awful awful Specsaver branch I have ever been. My son had an appointment for eye test, re scheduled 2x already then for another 3rd time appointment they want re schedule again? I have literally told them last time that I am supposed to be working this weekend and have to take half day off for the appointment. You wasted my time. Wasted! You?re awful awful. I?m just like you, I work for a living. Every hour at work counts.

This is by far the worst experience I had. Unwelcome staff, both team members did even bother to greet me. They didn?t even address me when I was talking to them. One was looking at the screen when talking. I had an enquiry regarding my appointment, when the staff member pass the question to her colleague, she gave attitude and even though she stared at me she did not address me. At the end I did not even get an answer, I just guessed it from their conversation. Completely unprofessional. Appointment cancelled and you won?t see me to any of your stores any time soon.

Should've read the reviews before taking my child. They forgot to register us at reception and left us hanging for about half an hour before I had to point this out. Polite staff but definitely a poor experience for a eye checkup.

Made an appointment and arrived about 20 minutes early. Not greeted when I walked in, even with a hello or a hi, just pointed to some seats and told to wait. After 45 minutes I asked when I would be seen and was told someone missed their train but still not given a further wait time. Other people were coming in and were seen either with very little wait or straight away I was just left/forgotten about. This is my 3rd visit and previous visits have been excellent, hence the reason to use this store again when I was in London. Upon returning home I made appointment with one of my local stores and received excellent caring service.

I have just seen a wonderful audiologist Toka at Specsavers Edgware Rd. she sorted out all my problems. I would really recommend anyone to see her if you are worried about any aspect of your hearing.

Normally I am a regular customer in Boots optician,but this time I made stupid decision change to Specsaversthis change cost me a lot money .there is a big difference in quality, service and presentation tothe customerOne of the receptionists, she sitting most of the time browsing on her mobile phone and then talk to other colleague in loud voice.there is no supervisor or official personAs if you were sitting in a vegetable market.

Toka has been amazing during our appointment for earwax removal. Explained the entire process, which was quick and fully painless. Great service and very polite. Happy to recommend.
