This is the first time I have used Specsavers Queensway. I was particularly impressed by Raksha. On meeting her for the first time she explained the process, wrote out the costs of the different options I was considering, and was prompt and knowledgeable. She never badgered me just to make a sale, she simply gave me the information and left it up to me to decide if I was going to proceed. This initial meeting was what prompted me to use Specsavers and I am satisfied with my two pairs of glasses I now have.

Our family has been using this Specsavers Queensway branch for many years and have always received top service. We have been helped by Raksha every time and she has been absolutely wonderful. She's knowledgeable, efficient and solves every problem. As long as she's in this branch, we will keep coming back.
