Horrible experience at the store. The short Indian lady (presumably the manager) was so rude and grumpy. I had issues at the self checkout where the machine did not recognise my gift card and she asked one of the staff to take all my items from me, treating people like they are thieves. Today I ordered a Waitrose food delivery through Uber. I ordered the shopping at midday and it is now 2.10pm and it has still not arrived - apparently it will arrive by 2.30pm.
