Absolutely one of my favourite location the staff are just amazing and goes above and beyond every time Donna,Lisa and Sophia are just amazing and heaven sent, the are friendly, funny and just a joy to be around, being in their presence just makes you feel so comfortable shopping and getting what you need in store.They are actually my main reason for keep going back to this store as I know I?ll always be helped and if what I want isn?t there there?s always an alternative available for me. These staff actually are a draw in for customers.Absolute love card factory and their quality products and wide varietyDefinitely recommend a visit or several visits.P.s they don?t just do cards they do cards, mugs, balloons, gifts and so much more.

Always have what I want. Bought three card/wallets for each of my three grandchildren but one that I purchased was the wrong one. My mistake totally. Lovely member of staff changed my purchase for correct one. Always excellent, helpful staff and a good selection of cards etc. Ten out of ten.
