Great Service! Very Friendly and Helpful Service, I required support sending documentation abroad, they took the time to call and speak with the foreign address contact to confirm some details to ensure delivery. Online payment and Cash payment was available, I Will use again!

I went there recently with quite a complicated parcel to send abroad requiring itemising. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I feel went the extra mile. I would definitely use them again

Paid online with banking app and was all straightforward. Wasn't sure what box size was needed, staff member offered different sizes to see which one fitted best. Very helpful.

I used this service yesterday to send a package from London to Paris - Express Easy. I took my package to Sonia Locke Mail Box Services in Beckenham. When it was time to pay, I was told that they didn't take card payments as the owner didn't want to pay for the use of a card machine, the girl working there looked embarrassed. I was directed to a cash machine across a busy road, the cash machine wasn't working and I had to take a car journey to find a machine. This is completely unacceptable in 2021 to expect customers to pay by cash, especially with government advice on contactless payments due to the pandemic. It was anything but 'easy' or 'express' and I won't be using this service again.
