Called to ask a question, the man who answered gave me half a answer and put the phone down on me before I could say anything else.Very rude and no customer service, I will be avoiding and using another post office

Phoned in regarding a parcel and was made to wait then was told it has nothing to do with them. Rude, Disrespectful and Inconsiderate.

Guy is really condescending, I have a small business and regularly use royal mail so I know the rules around postage etc. I've never been here and only came to this place because it was on the way, I didn't even notice it was a post office as it had barely any signage. They have some unorganised system for lining up and kept making me move from place to place. I found it weird that the guy then asked me 'why do you only have one parcel?' I should have told him to mind his business. What sort of question is that? The newsagent has variety but I'll never go there willing again. I felt really uncomfortable.

Use the post office occasionally and have always been treated very courteously. Both staff members are very kind and helpful and have even helped entertain my son whilst waiting in the queue.

I have always had terrific service at this post office. The older gentleman can be a little blunt but I have never known him to be rude. The younger gentleman is charm itself, very friendly and helpful. I also love the fact that they are open longer than normal post offices.Edit: actually there are two older gentlemen, one of them (not the one I referred to above) looks quite scary but I have not dealt with him.

I'm baffled by the negative reviews. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and politeness.

Old guy is so incredibly rude, unfortunately it's the closest and most convenient place. He shouts at you for nothing, charges wrong, higher shipping prices and gets angry at you for not being able to understand. Labels in the shop are unclear often claiming there's deals here and there, but are then charged full price at counter. Everyone I know has had horrible experiences there with the lack of customer service. There's 1 man who works there who's okay, but when I go to post stuff he tells me to go to a "proper post office"? Or do it online, makes you feel like an inconvenience even though they are a post office. I've also had to wait 2 hours to post something in the winter. Horrible. Would give 0 stars but there isn't the option.

Awful, service, extremely rude would give zero stars if I could,The father & son clearly have some issues they need to resolve and stop taking their anger our on customers. The older gentleman (most certainly not the gentle part) is particularly snappy. if you don't fancy a 10 minute lecture in postal guidelines make sure everything is perfect with your parcel (the pre-paid returns label of my parcel was missing a part, no fault of my own and the man made me feel like I was being tried for murder.Wonderful experience and I simply cannot wait to go back.

Gob Smacked! If you ever want to be insulted, this is the place. The owner refused to serve me.He had the opportunity to let me know to leave my bike at the door when I entered but chose to make me walk all around the whole store and then tell me once I arrived at the counter that I need to leave. He did me a favour, I found a friendlier and closer branch for next time.

AvoidAvoidI?d say a prison is friendlier to the convicts than the post office worker is to his customersThis store definitely win the award for:RudenessComplete lack of customer serviceHow to deter customersHe clearly has more money than most billionaires to refuse customers once they are already in store.

I'd rather drive from London to Manchester in first gear to deliver my parcel than put up with the attitude of the post office staff, he has some serious anger management issues.Everyone I have spoken to has said something similar, pity I didn't take the advice and go to the post office on the high street

Extremely rude, shouted at me across the store, falsly accused me of lying. One member of staff obviously requires some sort of customer service training. Tip for manager--don't employ staff with anger management issues. Avoid at all costs unless there are no other Post Offices in the area. Which there are. Try Smiths in Beckenham---they are nicer people. Unfortunately no zero star rating available or Brandons would certainly be awarded it.

Avoid if for something important. The owner will give priority to quick jobs (he has two desks manned only by himself) and you will spend there an hour (I did). Moreover, he managed to charge me the wrong fee for my redirection (despite me telling him the right fee) and the post office wrote me to ask me for the right fee, which delayed the process by ten days. The owner is polite enough, otherwise I'd give him zero stars.
