Due to damage from cancer and treatment my husband has very little feeling in his fingers. Being served today my, a mature white woman at the kiosk he has trouble getting money out of his wallet. He had to wet his finger to get the money put. Staff told him he was disgusting and refused to take the money. This not only meant he had to struggle to another note out but also embarrassed him. She then proceeded to call to another member of staff saying, you think that's disgusting what his doing. I'm more upset that I was loading the car and not with him. I would have had stern words with her!!

Nice large store, however whenever I go in I seem to only get about 70% of my shopping as stuff is always out of stock... I have complained multiple times but obviously my complaint needs to go higher up the chain.. tescos always seems to go on about how good their jit system is but in this tescos there always seems to loads of somethings but empty shelves elsewhere. Staff just say it's the computer that orders it and they do seem to have any say on restock.. .. come on tescos listen to your staff

Good signage so was able to get what I needed without going all around the store. Goods displayed well. The only thing I was unable to find were men's socks size 12-14.

Why all Tesco superstore don?t have a standard service? I went to get some hot food as I always get from the superstore in old Kent Road, I was near by and drove 8 minutes to get some hot food but for my surprise they don?t sell hot food I looked everywhere and asked a staff but the searching and answer was NO

Every little helps - it had everything I wanted and needed at that time. And I had a mini basket done on my car whilst I shopped!

Plenty of stock, many alternative options, reasonable prices, extensive hours for in store shopping. Just don't expect a home delivery. I placed an online order at about 12 noon, today, Saturday about 11 hrs ago for a home delivery between 7pm & 8 pm and was given 30 minutes to make any changes. At 8.50 pm I phoned to ask where my order was and was told it had been delayed by about 30 minutes. There was no indication on their web site that there would be a delay to my order.I phoned again about 10pm and was told by a different call handler that since there was no information on line he would phone the store if I did not mind hanging on (the phone call being at my expense). When he finally came back he said "there had been I.T issues, a shortage of drivers , & about 100 vans had not gone out with multiple deliveries". I asked when the delivery would be made to me, and was told that the store should phone me about 10.00 a.m. Sunday. So in addition to not being able to go out with my wife on Saturday night, it looks as though we shall not be able to go out for Sunday lunch after 10.00 am Sunday.I confidently expect Tesco not to phone me tomorrow morning and when I phone them, to be told that they had already allocated Sunday delivery slots. It is astonishing that in this day & age different parts of the company cannot communicate with each other and their customers. I placed my order at about 12 noon for delivery 7pm-8pm.When did they find out that they were short of drivers and could not make scheduled deliveries and would not bother to post a notice on their website?

Sharing a concerning incident from my visit to Tesco Superstore Elmers End earlier today. I had my baby on my lap and my mom was accompanying me to help with groceries. While using the hand scanner for checkout, I encountered an unexpected security check at the till. Unfortunately, the handling of the situation left much to be desired. An elderly staff member approached us with a remarkably discourteous attitude. When my mom attempted to hand her a product, she raised her voice and sternly instructed her not to touch it. This tone and demeanor were entirely uncalled for, especially given the circumstances. After purchasing items with security tags, I sought assistance from a different attendant to have them removed. Fortunately, this staff member was supportive and understanding. However, a baby product worth £1.20 was missing its tag when I crossed the security barrier. To my surprise, the same elderly lady returned, incessantly coughing and repeatedly touching my newly bought groceries. Her actions were not only unsanitary but also exuded further rudeness. I handed her the £1.20 baby product, now equipped with a tag, and she immediately demanded to see my receipt in a raised voice. This experience left me disheartened and disappointed in the level of customer service at this particular Tesco outlet. It is disconcerting to encounter such behaviour from staff members who are meant to represent the brand's values. It is my sincere hope that Tesco takes these incidents seriously and invests more in training their staff to provide a respectful and courteous shopping experience for all customers.

Today I attended Tesco at Elmers End. As I am on crutches, I needed to use the scooter, but the one available was charging. I was told to wait as it would be a while. After 30 minutes waiting I was told it would not be ready for a few hours! I approached a member of the store team and explained that I just needed 6 of the same one item, but could not get around. Zakiyah immediately offered with a beaming smile to go and get them for me. She returned and completed the checkout where it was most accessible for me. I was so delighted that she had turned my journey from a negative experience into a very positive and lovely one. Zakiyah is a credit to Tescos, and if she's not already in Management, she should be, as she is a great store embassader and customer champion. I cannot praise her enough. Thank you from a very happy Customer.

Clubcard pricing is a predatory business practice and should be illegal. Quality of produce is very poor. High levels of pollution and bad drivers in car park.

I can?t seem to walk into Elmer?s end Tesco these days, without being harassed by someone it?s either London air ambulance or a charity I don?t mind donating money to charity?s but don?t harass me as soon as I walked through the door it?s really off putting. If this carries on, I?m seriously thinking of shopping somewhere else

Good quality stuff but the produce are hit and miss. Whenever I look at them the onions are growing!
