Always satisfied with the service at this branch of Toolstation, as it?s my local, especially dealing with Will who is always super friendly and helpful, nothing is too much of an effort, even helped carry my goods to my car. Cannot fault his customer service skills. Would definitely recommend.

I visited this store half an hour before they closed on a Saturday and both staff members Will and Dondre were very friendly and helpful. They served customers in front of me quick and efficiently. I had some questions about items I had seen online and they were incredibly informative. Really satisfied with the customer service in this branch, would 100% recommend! There is free parking available outside.
