As soon as I walked An area manager of the store (JOSH) was moaning at staff about uniform belittling them infront of all the customers and the way they were presenting themselves on the shopfloor however he was bad mouthing staff pointing out what was wrong with their appearance/ attitude while he was standing there swearing and talking to the staff with no respect at all.

Wide variety of sports wear and equipment. They even supply suitcases. Prices are extremely affordable. Members of staff are courteous.

Bunch of young kids works there.No standard of customer service.they are busy talking and gossiping.wonder wherr is the manager.

Nice shop with lots of clothing items to choose from. More brand clothing items added. Very nice shop to go and very nice staff as well.

The worst staff and useless manager(Sarah) I have never seen in my whole life..The lady working on till was very racist towards other religion people.They only say hai to muslims and speak with smile with them..They didnt even say thank you after purchase.They were very rude.If higher authority doesnt take an action towards Manager Sarah and staff no other religion people will come and visit again.

Come here alot to have a look around staff always ask if need help.....Big car park free for few hours please check sign as they do have cctv for when you enter the car park and park in the lines ornyou will get ticket.... other than that there is more shops .... petrol garage .... food place here so is all in one place

Poor experience. I walked in and said hi to 3 male staff who were just standing at the front of the shop, none said hi back, felt awkward and unwelcome. They were chatting between themselves. I went around a few times to see if anyone would approach me and offer help, but no. I was genuinely looking for some gear, couldn?t find anything I liked so left without a purchase. The atmosphere in store was anything but warm and welcoming.

1 star but worth 0 star. Unprofessional, unskilled, useless staff.Wanted to use a gift card, the cashier told us to go to the next till and after 20minutes the same cashier told us unfortunately they cannot cannot take gift card. By the way really good cashier next door shops they should go there for training (Poundland!!!)

Just visited jd sports in Gallion reach Beckton JD . A lady name (Patricia) she is awful . No customer service at all , very rude and don't know how she work in JD . I felt , she is also lazy and get well with others . Manager SHOULD send her for proper customer service training.
