Very disappointed with experience. Went to get shoes for my children but the staff at the shoe section was very rude and opinionated kept making comments about our selection of shoe and children and did not want to help. Will not be coming back to be served by rude and ignorant staff.

Staff are so rude and not willing to help. Went in to buy trainers for my child, the ones on the shelf had clearly been worn (wish i had got pictures, sole and dirty insole was worn out). I asked for another pair and as I was explaining, another member of staff stood in between us with his back turned to me and they started having a conversation. I asked for the manager and said how rude they were, he said he was the manager and would not help me. Will never use this shop again.I will be contacting head office!

Prime example of people who hate their job, shop empty took 3 People to work out of they had the right size only for one to say where on the shelf it was from clearly the kids section right next to the empty stop I was standing at.... maybe pay them more or something these people hate their life and job

Horrible experience. Got followed by staff all over the store while shopping, once I paid I was stopped by staff to show my receipt. I am a black male btw.

Horrible experience i had there, will not be visiting there again. Staff call fahema was absolutely so rude, disgusting behaviour. Dont know how to speak to customers. Managers are so lazy look very miserable. staff and management needs to be trained.

Absolutely disgusting service from staff member i have already sent a complaint to head office regarding this tall black haired lady who I think was Eastern European serving me today my disabled father who is 74 years old and register blind person mentioned to me he needed ankle socks due to his diabetes he does not like full length socks so no problem I said I take him to sports direct Beckton normally I would buy stuff online but trust me this will be last time I buy anything from sports direct after choose two packets of adidas socks both packets clearly advertised 2 for 13 deal so he choose a thicker packet and slightly thinner one so winter and summer is sorted both are adidas so same company both advertised the deal of 2 for 13 but the rude lady firstly didn?t greet us no hello how can I help nothing I had to just walk up to her cause I guarantee you when she came for job interview she told her bosses she?s polite friendly helpful etc but once they get job they don?t care how they behave the lady then asked me if I wanted the offer on socks no lady I would like to pay more that is smart question so I said yes she then said with arrogance rudeness I can?t have deal cause one packet is thicker one is thinner both advertised the 2 for 13 pounds deal both are same company do you see how pathetic she sounded most people these days would have got angry flipped out shouted but my whole life I?ve tried to avoid drama arguments I ignored it I still !!! With polite friendly tone said it?s fine I will leave it what made me soo mad after all her rudeness i was still polite and then when I said I will leave it she just laughed in my face even when I left store I asked gentlemen stocking shelves near the socks Bengali gentleman he seemed nicer polite I asked him if I take this and that should it be problem he said no both are on 2 for 13 pounds deal so who is telling the truth I believe that lady who was tall black hair Eastern European is racist ! That?s why she has very little power in life so she wanted to exercise her little power i then just put the socks back instead of going back saying your colleague said it?s fine I took my disabled father to Tesco extra to get the socks back I believe in Karma she acted rude arrogant racist one day someone will be even worse to her I will say to anyone to avoid this store

Be careful topping up your gift card here. Went in Good Friday and a Short South Asian woman served me. Debited by account but failed to top up the gift card. Gifted it to my nephew. It was embarrassing. Clearly took the money from the till.

I went to Sports Direct to get a shirt printed. I went in at 11am and was told that they were short staffed and that I would need to come abck at 1pm. I made a request to the store manager and he said it would be done in the next 15-20 minutes. I came back at 12.30pm and it was only then when the staff saw me return they started printing the shirt. I found the manager's attitude poor as when I approached him he was on his phone on a personal call. I know this because he was speaking in Bengali and I understand Bengali too. I had to wait around for a while and I found it unacceptable.Even when I arrived there was not 1 single member of staff on the top floor. If there are any test shoppers or area managers they should go and visit this store and sort out the substandard level of customer service.

I'm sorry to see that the shop is not welcoming young black kids who are looking for work and is not employing any black kids. This is unacceptable behavior and goes against the principles of fairness and equality.When our user went to the shop and spoke to the manager, they asked why they didn't see a single black person working there. It is important for businesses to recognize that diversity in the workplace is not only the right thing to do, but it also benefits the business by bringing different perspectives and experiences to the table.It is our hope that the shop in question recognizes the importance of creating an inclusive environment and takes steps to address this issue. Discrimination in any form is wrong and should not be tolerated. As consumers, we can use our purchasing power to support businesses that promote diversity and inclusivity.

Team member lied to me about having no bags in order to upsale £1.50 bag which gets her commission she insisted she had no bags making me buy it then sold 10p bags to other customers I bring up the situation to her and she then replied you didnt ask for one?! I?m appalled with the staff in store slow, not friendly, unprofessional on there phones whilst a queue is building with one person on the till absolutely disgraceful as someone who works in retail and knows the importance of customer service was terrible should be closed down to be honest. Don?t shop from here
