“Banked with nationwide since 1993. Never left them due to great customer service, staff helpfulness and never had any issues with the building society in general. The staff at this branch echo what this building society is all about, its customers. They could do with actively moving the homeless away at opening times a bit more as a person who struggles greatly with anxiety issues makes it sometimes difficult to positively use the machines outside, and also when walking into the branch, but can also know that it is also not their job to move them on, it's the failure of enforcement officers that lack in these areas. All in all though, this branch is great and have no real problems with it.”

“The manager was absolutely exceptional, really went the extra mile and beyond, had a large number of boxes to be sent to Canada, right before closing time. She helped to reduce the price significantly by grouping them all, but she also really made sure that all 11 of the extensive shipment forms and labels were all written down before the pick up of the day which would arrive in 10 minutes as the next pick up was in a couple days. All while dealing with other very demanding customers with brilliant professionalism.”

“Lost my bank card hence had my replacement sent to this branch as I was away on a business trip. Staff are helpful and made a big difference at a hectic time.No issues, collected my card, changed PIN , top marks and total stress free.”

“Cheap petrol/diesel and opens nice and early, which is handy if you’re returning a rental to one of the many car hire places that operate out of Semley Place. Staff are friendly to a man, the toilets are generally quite clean and are usually open, as long as you don’t rock up 15 minutes before closing as they’ll have probably just cleaned them. The range of stock is fairly limited due to a lack of interior space, but all the usual stuff stocked by Shell is there, including a Costa vending machine. All the cabbies come here either to fill up or empty, so it can be quite busy at times. I’d avoid around 8-9pm for this reason. There are a total of eight pumps but they are laid out too close together which usually means only four vehicles can fuel at any one time.”

“Helpful kind staff one entrance side is broken so you have to go in from inside the shopping mall area. Really nothing too complain about I exchanged some old cash and both deposited a cheque while taking some money out.”

“I’ve been here mainly to drop off and pick up Yodel parcels as a collect+ point. Haven’t had any issues doing this but as others have mentioned the service can be hit and miss.”
