Yet to ever have a good experience at this branch. Often closed without notice during the week and when it is open, wait times can be up to an hour +. As I write this I have been waiting for 45 minutes for a relatively simple matter. Very frustrating.

Impolite staff. Always a queue. How disappointing that much of the staff is being replaced by machines. And what a shame so many of the ?smaller? more efficient branches have shut.

10 people in the queue with only two employees behind the desk. With banks being open only till 2pm these days and no staff , it has become a mission impossible to get anything done for your business account. Very frustrating

I have been using this branch for 2 and a half years and it is SO horrendously understaffed.Today it took 45 minutes to get to the counter. Without fail it is minimum 25 min. Barclays charge more and more and the service is getting worse.The poor staff are doing their best and are always helpful - Barclays as an institution is a shambles.

Amazing service by Jimmy and the team. I had an issue that was swiftly resolved, and though we had to wait to connect to separate teams by phone, Jimmy explained everything to me and ensured the job got done (first time the team didn't answer, so I came back another day and they did!). 10 stars if I could. Thanks :)
