Pathetic service. Went in to see if I could get recommendation for frames and get an eye test. Advisor told me there were no eye test slots available until a few days later. Started to help me with frames but then another customer came in and lost interest in me immediately. Another customer asked about an eye test just after about 10mins of my asking and a different advisor checked the system and booked him in for a test in the next couple of hours. I could have got that slot if the first advisor had bothered to check the system instead of couldent be bothered. Pathetic Boots service. First experience bad experience!

I broke my glasses a couple of days before I was travelling and didn't have a spare pair. These opticians arranged for me to have an eye test and for my two chosen frames to be made up in less than 24 hours via their fast-track service, I was very impressed! Amira (one of the employees) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this branch
