Great place to stop and cool down.

The coffee was fine apart from they used paper cups - and we were staying in. This Caffè Nero has gone down. No soap in the toilet and you have to ask for a key to use the toilet. Will not be going to that Caffè Nero again.

Good morning I'm really sorry for letting people know not to come to this coffee shop. I'm disabled and I was trying to let my carer to use the toilet . The male staff member started swearing at me and to the female staff member who was working. The staff member was shook when the male staff member was swearing towards her as well. This business is not helpful to disability people as it feels threatening . I will be putting a official complaint in to there head office on monday

Very nice little courtyard area

I stop here often to take a break in the garden, to grab a coffee or to give my phone a quick charge (necessity). The place is dirty most of the time staff is nice and trying to be helpful but they are overwhelmed. Today it took three people to get my cold drink very wrong :( ..the salted caramel taste was missing completely.

There is plenty of tables not cleaned. Maybe lack of staff or ignorance ?

The staff are really wonderful here, but I think that the place is staring to fade. The cakes are not as fresh as they once were. The place could do with a spring clean and a spruce. Hopefully thinks will get back to normal and I can provide my usual five star approval rating. Keep up the great work and keep recruiting people like those that you have. Thank you.

Nice little cafe tucked away next to Piccadilly Circus, away from the crowd, coffee well made, courteous staff, nothing to fault. Excellent experience!

Visited a few days ago and the man serving me was very unfriendly. He just blanked me when I said thanks and resumed talking to another customer. The other customer looked shocked by the way the rude man had treated me. I won't be returning any time soon - plenty of other coffee shops nearby.

Staff are very pleasant and the coffee is the usual good Caffè Nero standard but this store is very dirty. Often there are used cups, mugs, plates and plastic bottles on the tables. I don?t blame the staff. They do their best but they are overwhelmed by the number of customers particularly now the nearby branch on Piccadilly has now closed.

Perfect coffee. Good service. Didnt buy any of the food options but there was a good choice available. Did takeaway too
September 2020 by Mandy Arthur
The ladies at the till seemed personable but they were severely low on supplies. No napkins, cups or cutlery. Was not given the choice of takeaway it stay on due to this. The lights were very dim and upstairs seating had no lights. Good place to have a nap but not to get any work done as there seems to be no plug sockets up stairs and possibly a couple downstairs. Come here if you want some me time, the music is calming. Not my priority for a coffee shop.

I took to friends of mine there, after we'd been shopping at Fortnum & Mason. We sat in the courtyard ate the back and it has small garden were you can sit on sunny days and relax

This Caffè Nero sits between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, alongside St James?s Church with an entrance from both streets. Well made coffee, pastries and cakes. A nice cozy atmosphere, with seating on two levels. Service usually friendly, giving this Nero a local neighbourhood feel in the middle of the city. But.... It is sadly let down by its paved garden area with seating and large umbrellas on the Piccadilly side. It is not looked after as well as the inside, often full of cups and plates from the day and rubbish from the day before. Pigeons are all over the tables and it is currently full of wet slippery leaves, making it difficult for some customers to come and go. This should be a huge asset for Caffè Nero, a potential year round oasis, which would encourage more customers with a just a little care and attention.
