Just don't use their services. They are quite honestly just really bad with money. Especially the front office staff. Your money is better off in any bank other than ENBD.

Poor customer service. As a resident in Uk, service is appalling and I have never been treated like this before. They don?t care once they got your money. Transfer process lack transparency. Only dishonest and incompetent organisation refuse to be transparent. No reply given when I asked about who is the responsible person or the details of the complaint department.

I went for the use of the cash machine, you can access both of your accounts and make transfers. The machine dispenses £'s rather than AED. They have great customer service, everyone is friendly and helpful. I haven't used them for any other services.
