I did not have a firm idea if what I wanted and Dory showed me some ideas based on photos I had, whilst being sensitive explaining what my hair was capable of doing. Dory was so sweet throughout and kept checking I was ok and happy. I had been so nervous going in but was relaxed very quickly. Dory gave me the coolest cut and style ever!
