Service with a smile not existent. In fact no service all. Small store with two members of staff, it wasn’t busy there today but couldn’t get anyone’s eye contact. It was an amazing experience shop in this Hobbs! The customer service is always at first place and I felt very welcome there! The clothes are stunning and the space is very good. I strong recommend this Hobbs and I'll with sure return to shop and have this incredible experience again <3

This store is my favorite in London, whenever I'm in the city on a trip I go to the store to do my shopping. The service is really excellent, the girls are very thoughtful and polite, in addition to quality products and beautiful clothes! I recommend the store to everyone!
