The HSBC, has after several blunders on their part, has left an 81yr old man, my Father with no access to his money for nearly two months. Trying to contact anyone is impossible. Customer service at HSBC is non existent in a country that has a twelve hour time difference from mine UK. The Gentleman is now in hospital. Get well soon Dad. HSBC is criminal when it comes to looking after its customers
How can HSBC be allowed to continue to ignore an eighty one year old manâ??s requests to access his money in over two months, after blunders by their staff.
