I was using the scan and go app during my visit. I had the security guard following me around, then question me at the tills. He should be better educated regards Waitrose's app and that perhaps he should be aware people may be using it! It's not nice to feel like you're in the wrong for no reason at all.

Used to be an extremely convenient local store until they re-orientated the layout and discontinued a lot of the stock. Very nice staff but might as well shop in the Sainsbury?s or Tesco now as it doesn?t really serve a purpose.

Terrible service from girl behind the till who was on her phone whilst dealing with me and lied when she said she had processed the return of my items. I had to return to the store 3 hours later to check if they had scanned in my items for return. They had not. The customer service lead was also unskilled when dealing with my complaint and just said ?ok? when I made my complaint. All staff in this store need to be retrained. Terrible service.

Unpleasant, disinterested girl at the checkout practically threw my change at me. I'm disabled - no mobility in my left arm, and a crutch in my right hand. She gathered up the coins that I hadn't managed to catch the first time, and handed them to me.Only after I had left the store did I realise that I was £1 short. Too late to go back.There must be plenty of other people who would be pleased to have a job.Bad employee, Waitrose, please try harder.
