I need to get in contact with Lloyds Bank by e-mail. I do not have an account with them.This morning a person went to a branch in London and was told that everything has to be managed online. I am not a client, so I cannot find the information I need through their webpage.I live overseas and need a contact e-mail address from 98 Victoria Street branch or any Lloyds Bank branch in London.Many thanks for your support.

Helpful kind staff one entrance side is broken so you have to go in from inside the shopping mall area. Really nothing too complain about I exchanged some old cash and both deposited a cheque while taking some money out.

Went into branch to use an ATM, they said they don't have one. I said in that case I will find a Lloyds which does have one. I told the woman on the door do the "powers that be" know about this", they do she responded. Was not offered counter service so I left. Lloyds need to up their game.

I always experience a 5-star customer service at this branch. Ashley always goes the extra mile to resolve and accommodate my many different queries. Highly recommended!

They've definitely improved from what they were like a few years ago, my only fault is most staff do not wear the masks at all.

Went 3 times here. The last time I went, it was 4.30 pm.Me : I want to update my adress. I already had an accont but I requested to hold my card to be sent, so it could be sent to thr new adress.Him : Well, I dont know because we have security issue right now and to update data you have to have this and this and this.Me : But, I was told it needs only 5 days to update data (since 17 of October) and now its 26 of November.Him : Your account is blocked (not saying why) please come again TuesdayMe : What should I bring?Him : This is enoughMe : But you told me to bring this and this and thisHim : Well its just bubbly not sure what he said. You can go to another branch
