Products are ok but delivery service in Canada is dreadful and I had an awful experience with the delivery.MW, you better change your delivery service provider in Canada known as Purolator. It?s costing you customers!

The products are great but the delivery service is dreadful. Evri ? Hermes are the same delivery company and they are hopeless. After having 3 notifications they still have not arrived with my parcel. When I ring I am told this is a common complaint but nothing is ever done to change the courier??

I ordered a pair of shoes witch unfortunately didn't fit so I sent them back with there courier 24 days later still no refund after numerous emails and being told the money would be back in my account within 5 working days, I seriously wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from them

Absolute rubbish customer service. Ordered some items online using Google pay, somehow Google had wrong address for me and I realised pretty quickly but apparently if you don't inform them 12 milliseconds after your order (or perhaps 12 weeks beforehand) they cannot be bothered to change a couple of bloody digits on the delivery address. Quick enough to take the money though aren't you? If you need outdoor gear, definitely buy from Go Outdoors, Decathlon, Millets or Blacks.

Terrible customer service rude ableist, total lack of support , been lied to and made to jump through hoops for a refund which I still haven't received.Vile company. Will never purchase online from them again . And recommend that anyone else doesn't either if your disabled they don't give a sh&t

Went I to Salcombe mountain warehouse.Walked out as I was absolutely fuming.I went in to.purchase shorts and a top for my husband,there were 2 cashiers there who were with another customer trying to sort a discount code for him.Instead of one trying to do it they both doing it (one on her phone and the other one just looking ) I'm in the que for 5 mins,I'm the only other customer in the shop only to be completely ignored by the pair of them so I then said I may leave this now still nothing just looked at me .I then walked out .

I purchased a pair of waterproof walking shoes in September 2020. Unfortunately they started to leak recently and last week I contacted the customer care team by phone and a very nice lady called Janice asked me to email pictures of the shoes and my wet sock! This I did and within 30 minutes I received a reply saying the shoes would be replaced. The replacement shoes arrived the following day. A brilliant service. I can't thank you enough.

I had a pair of walking boots and the sole split in 2 places. Customer services will not give me a replacement as it happened a month after the warranty expired

we visited the Gloucester quays store for the first time looking to buy a pair of walking boots for a charity walk as we were in training for ,for SUDEP in June walking from Dartmouth to landsend.... my son tragically died last December ....we were looking at a selection of boots and shoes ....we were approached by a young man who asked us if we needed any help my partner spoke to him and as we knew little about what we may need he was very helpful and directed us to what is needed,my partner picked a pair of walking boots and a pair of socks and went to the till to purchase them ,on opening here purse the sales person noticed that my partner worked for the NHS and out of the blue offered her a further 15 percent discount and she was amazed at how he was so interested in what we were doing and offered me help with further items and advise.I myself have worked 30 years in retail and i was so happy to feel a real enjoyable sales experience ...what a pleasure to feel an amazing experience .So pleased we came into your store and we would thank Fraser i believe an amazing ambassador for Mountain Warehouse

My gripe is not with any of the products because every thing I have bought over the years have been great from shorts, trousers and boots I honestly think there the best, but that's going to the shop. Now trying to buy on line is a nightmare. Having tried at least 5 times I'm now going to phone them......wish me luck

I want to report the fantastic service I received at your shop in Whitstable. The excellent shop assistant, Hadley, was so helpful and informative. He ordered a padded jacket for me on-line and it arrived at my house 2 days later. Since then I have made another purchase in-store,again plenty of advice and help from Hadley. If only all shop assistants were as professional and cheerful as he is, going shopping would be an more enjoyable experience. And the padded jacket is good value too.Valerie.

Oh my goodness After reading some of the review on their customer being bad I am a little concerned. I have placed an order and only received half it. I have been unable to contact them to find out where the rest of my order is. Apart from emailing and the only response has been an automated email back. No help at all
