Find your nearest branch, view balances and make payments online with a bank account from NatWest. With the Bank of England base rate at all-time record lows you could choose our Starter Account. You can enjoy interest savings on your cash if it's held with us for three months or more, with easy access to your funds through our ATMs and branches. Overall good!

Step into a parallel universe.\\nUnshaven man, not wearing a mask with a very negative attitude. The first answer to anything is that he can't do this or that. He managed to do it all at the end.\\nYou would think that at the time when banking is moving online and there are a bunch of app-based challenger-banks staff at physical bank branches would be delighted to see a customer walk in.

Wonderful branch. Lovely staff. Just like banking used to be in the old days.

Modernised branch just off Sloane Square. The lighting makes the place seem a bit desolate. Friendly and helpful staff. Two cash machines outside and the couple more inside one of which can be used for paying in as well as withdrawing cash. Two tills, which are generally both staffed, plus an information desk, which is not - at least not all the time.

One star? There should be a no star rating. Hopeless and pointless branch hidden away just off Sloane Square. Extremely unhelpful duo of staff who go out of their way to be unhelpful. No coin exchange, no foreign currency. Even if you order online this branch will still not process your coin orders. My order for £2500 of coin was placed with the branch and confirmed by email with a time slot for collection. Nothing was prepared. No coins were avaiable. Staff kept muttering on about there being a "community bank" whatever that is. When you think of all the Natwest closures (197) in London and the SE and yet this branch avoided the cut?
