Has to be the worst branch I?ve ever been in. No one even looks at you when you come in. The default response is to tell you to download the app and do it online. Yes, I know it?s online, I?m here because of how awful the app and internet UI is. Only actually directed to talk to someone when I?ve shown my exasperation at being fobbed. I now travel to another branch instead of my local one because of repeated lack of service.

The rudest staff ever, with no manner, I approach her to ask her question without listening my needs she?s stopping saying it?s not possible the ATM machine to have error ? however she?s been lazy , then the other came while I was on head office to make a complain then they went to check the machine?. Branch manager train your staff as you get pay ?

Every time I go, it?s a different excuse as to why they can?t do anything. The lady who ?helped? me was exactly like carol beer and couldn?t wait to get rid of me. Middle aged English lady, she looked like she was at a funeral the whole time.

Appalling service. Especially a particular South Asian/Indian lady, such a know it all attitude and only concerned about judging customers based on their profile than actually doing her job at the counter, SERVE!Avoid this branch, used to be the best in Victoria few years ago.

Worst bank I?ve ever been too. As a business customer you expect a service which helps you complete tasks unable to do not in branch. The staff here serve people who they want first not those in a Q. The customer service is APPALLING! 40mins waiting

Change of name? FAIL.I got married recently and tried to change my name, only changed the Miss to Mrs and changing my surname, how hard can it be? Possibly impossible. I have gone into this branch 3 times, each time taken me 25 mins, just for them to fail. Now my name has changed.. but then they managed to put a typo in my first name, which didn't change. Shocking. I have to go into the branch yet again tomorrow. Avoid this branch if you can.

Would give minus stars if I could.Even if the store is empty, there?s always a reason you have to wait. Mostly there?s a long queue. There always seems to be only one person who can deal with something o a specific machine somewhere. What a waste of time, can?t wait to change banks.

I went into NatWest Victoria today in a fit of rage at how I had been treated. Luckily, I dealt with Harry who was very understanding and helped resolve all my issues. He was great, professional, and personable. Wonderful service!

Utterly awful. One can handle rude if it is at least competent. But rude and incompetent was a tad much. The service equates to a good day at the Russian embassy. One was directed to queue with no real purpose and servers have no idea which customer is next.Seen after 47 minutes of pointless waiting only for cashier to be monosyllabic. After correcting one of her errors, one does feel if she had spent more effort on competence and efficiency and less on projecting rudness, the job would get done faster and it would actually be less painful an experience for both of us.Due to said rudeness and incompetence, I had the audacity to double check the five figure transaction details were correct. At which point who I can only assume as the manager (perhaps) squared up to me not without hostility bouncer style hoovering rather too close at these current times and said 'you could do this online' without any gest of irony. To which I replied I was aware as I have two business accounts with them, as he probably assumes I enjoy spending 47 minutes pointlessly inconveniencing them for my great benefit?!I'm unsure NatWest is aware of the existence of the growing number of online business banks and that they are no longer have the monopoly like they once did. I do have a wonderful business manager to whom I remain loyal, however after this incidence, it is food for thought.Dr. JH

It?s embarrassing how bad this branch for NatWest is. The customer service is none existent. They?re I?ll equipped, rude.. it?s as if they?ve just been plucked off the street to do some work for a few hours. The job that I went in to get resolved, was extremely simple? show my interest in private banking, and replace and send out a new debit card.Was firstly left waiting for 15 minutes whilst staff just meandered about not doing anything. Then when I finally got seen to, it took close to 20 minutes to get sorted. Staff are terribly trained in how to speak to customers, it wasn?t until they asked how much my salary was until their ears pricked up and tone changed. Absolute shambles.One week then two weeks pass.. low and behold, no new debit card has arrived. Utterly useless and not up to the job in hand!I?ve already closed by account down with NatWest, a fortnight after opening it!! Go with HSBC or Lloyds folks, you?ll at least get better customer service.

Unbelievably ridiculous service. Withdrew money IN the bank in pounds from my euro account, tried to deposit them at the SAME machine and it didnâ??t accept one note and after half an hour the manager herself wanted to keep the note the machine had just gave me because it was â??fakeâ?!(?) That whole thing happened, not willing to solve their own problem, unbelievably rude, no investigation, loss of money and time!
