“Yesterday my family were exploring London when my special needs child had an accident. Luckily we came across this store which was still open. I didn’t catch the man’s name, but he was extremely kind sweet and helpful with the entire situation. As my son was in a stroller he went downstairs and brought us a few different options in his size for shorts. He then brought us paper towels and let us use the changing room to make sure we could make him more comfortable. I cannot thank him enough for being so helpful and understanding. 10/10”
