Specsavers - VictoriaMy frames were fitted with wrong glasses. The new ones would 've been ready in few days I was told. After a week of waiting without any information from the shop I decided to go there to see what's going on. I was told the new glasses had been ordered and would've been ready at the end of the fallowing week. At that point I had enough I cancelled the order and now trying to avoid Specsavers for good.

The rushed floor staff do the best they can, but it?s always a chaotic mess, with not enough seating, so customers end up crammed into a tiny seating area practically on top of each other. You often end up feeling like you?re part of someone else?s appointment as you?re in such close proximity to everyone.I?ve never really had any major complaints or issues until my recent experience. I was having problems with the type of contact lenses and my prescription so had to do numerous visits.Only one of the three opticians I saw actually seemed polite and competent, and was able to explain things to me in a clear and reassuring manner.The other one was bizarrely patronising, talking down to me as though I?d never seen a contact lense in my entire life and then trying to upsell me on everything from better lenses to expensive eye drops.But the last optician I saw really took the biscuit. She had the personality of a bottle of vinegar. Maybe she was having a bad day - well it showed. She seemed disinterested as soon as I sat down, dismissively ignoring my questions and concerns and acting like I was a nuisance. When I said to her that I felt stuck because my vision was still bad and I didn?t know what to do, she shrugged and looked at me as though to say ?what do you want me to do about it?? Charming and such amazing customer service.I ended up leaving the appointment. My advice to her - maybe get a job where you don?t have to deal with the general public, if you have that much disdain for them?Thankfully, I?m moving to a different city next week. I?m hopeful that I can find a better opticians, who actually treat their customers with care and don?t leave them needing therapy following a visit.

I regularly come to Specsavers Victoria. I always get great service and am very satisfied both with the eye examination and support in the choice of frames. I was also pleasantly surprised as to the total cost of my new glasses and the 2 for 1 offer which enabled me to get a spare pair.

Very high tech, Very Affordable glasses, very clean and polite staff. The staff members who served me was down to earth with me having a nice conversation and sorting me out with a eye test. The staff memeber looked out for me whiles dealing with other coustermers till i walked out the door with a smile ?.The staff was called Mr Aziz, i recommend others to see him and do business as hes so patient with me why i was scrolling the catalog of glasses.

Really professional, friendly staff with great customer service. This place gets very busy so book ahead. It?s always a pleasure to visit here and then go shopping in the nearby arcade afterwards!

Excellent, I was made to feel welcomed from the start. Though busy, everything is very well organized with no hassle, the staff is relaxed and professional. I could not be more satisfied with the service from the optician, a young Indian lady - extremely caring, gentle, and professional, who took extra time to explain and reassure me about the health of my eyeballs, as well as explained the remedy for the symptoms.

Worst customer service. waste my time. ignore my calls and give excuses wait for text. I paid £39 upfront for new lenses to be put into my frames. I have been waiting 5 weeks, ringing every week asking where are my glasses. My frames were not sent off the lab it has been sitting in the tray for 5 weeks. I want a full refund.

Worst customer service, ignore my calls and give excuses to wait for text. I paid £39 upfront ordered new lenses to be put into my frames on 9th August. Assistant wrote 24th August collection date on my receipt. I have been waiting 5 weeks. I have been ringing every week asking where are my glasses. My frames were not sent off the lab and it has been sitting in the tray for 5 weeks. I want a full refund and compensation for wasting my time.I demand full refund of £39 and compensation for waiting my time. I rely on glasses, I work on computer for 8 hours everyday and i am using prescription glasses that are out of date.

replaced my lenses in my glasses after a eye test, but now i cant use the glasses (PD off cant see out of my without pain) i took it back to and they said they need to bend my Expensive frames. my other frames from other companies have never needed this. WASTE OF MONEY and time.

Have been with specsavers on lense mail for years and has worked fine unless you have to amend anything. I wanted to upgrade my lenses and it's been painful dealing with this store, I had to wait months for next lot of lenses to come, then they never arrived but I got charged none the less, again, I call the store and it was useless. I also bought some glasses from there, which looked nice in store, when they arrive the lenses were SO think they bulged out of the frame, I can't wear them as they look stupid but I also cant bring myself to deal with this store again!

AVOID:Ridiculous customer service. Ordered contact lenses 3 times which were delayed by a month each time. Had to call them to ask where my contacts were to which they answered they'll be here in a month's time. The last time that happened, they offered a replacement lens which I had to try for a week before they could order the amount i had originally asked for. Avoid unless you're willing to waste hours on the phone and at their shop!

Went in to try frames, left with a pair of frames and first pair of prescriptions sunnies thanks to help and advice of Fahed. Very informative, got me best deal and put me at ease. Would recommend and will be returning, will subscribe.
