I bought some gorgeous boots from your store. The shop assistants were so busy I really felt for them- they were all working so hard and were very patient with some of the more brusque customers. Honestly, all of your shop assistants are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you, I love my boots as well!

Utterly disappointing. My 80 year old mother has tried to call Peter Jones to see if they still provide a mobile phone screen protection fitting service in store only to find out that you can no longer speak to the store directly and the customer service team have no information on this so cannot help.Peter Jones to used... read full comment
