WOW...simple WOW!!!! ONe could get lost in this department store. It is just massive!!!!!!All Department stores should try and capture the secret of what this store is doing right. It is extremely busy and touristy but not packed or rushed. Everything is elegant and well decorated and designed.

Iconic, Harrods is massive and it's easily to get lost if you're with a group. There are countless designer stores spread across many floors. Signage is clear and directs people to elevators, stairs, restrooms, and a beautiful food court with many cafes and restaurants.

I know it's super touristy but a trip to London would not be same without a quick stop at Harrods. Between the food area which has been completely redesigned and the home furnishings floor, it's always a feat for the eyes. Picked up some chocolates and a few pork Scotch Eggs which we sourced back at our AirBnB. Yum!

Quality/Quantity - It is always a treat coming here.Love high-end window shopping and checking out all the newest and greatest stuff. My pictures tell a better story than any of my words can.Atmosphere - 5-6 stores of high end shopping; my wife's paradise!Plenty of good food and drink options, I am happy also. :) Win/win.I can spend hours in the liquor department alone. See all my pictures.Scary, but I can also spend hours in their food hall/court, bars, etc, LOL.Dining hours open 7 days a week, 10am to 9pm; Sundays from noon till 6pm.Some late night dining options, see website. If I lived nearby, this is where I would shop.Cool decor, even the classic elevators.Service - Good.Price - Expensive, but you get what you pay for!Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1849, enough said.

The most beautiful, elegant, amazing, stunning, shopping mall you hace ever seen in your life! An unbelievable place! Lots of restaurants, shopping, champagne and anything and everything you can imagine!

Just updating as I recently visited the baby section, or 'mini designer' department. Whilst they have lots of designer baby clothes and some slightly more affordable lines, they didn't have much in the way of accessories. I've been struggling to find nice neutrally coloured teethers, but all they had were the same banana ones that Boots/Amazon sell (and at twice the price). I expected more for the size of the department.Additionally, while most staff members were extremely helpful, one woman in the baby department was standing in front of the shelf I was trying to get to and when I said excuse me she barely took a step to the side and continued her conversation. Not the customer service I expect from Harrods. The food department is still 5/5 with lots of convenient meals ready for lunch time and super friendly staff.

BURBERRY: Shout out to Nunu of Men's Burberry on the 2nd floor for my bucket hat and the two ladies at Women's Burberry on the first floor especially to the lady who took her time to find the medium size on the red hoodie sweatshirt today. Used my Harrods points to get discount for the hat. The hoodie was on sale at 40% off. Happy with the £ I saved today for my purchase.TUDOR: Appreciated Hagib (if I'm not mistaken) for assisting us.

Less than helpful experience at Harrod's shoe department. Having wanted to purchase Gianvito Rossi pumps, I asked for them in white, suede nude, and suede black. The short white male that was working did not ask if we needed help, instead we had to approach him to ask for the shoes after several minutes of waiting. He then proceeded to send the request to his co-worker, who brought out the wrong shoe entirely. They went back to obtain the right shoe only to let me know that my size wasn't available. A complete waste of time and felt dismissed by the "Shoe Heaven" department. Thumbs down.

What is not to love about one of the most famous stores in history? I certainly didn't come here to clothes shop, but more to experience the multiple floors of insane displays and cool items on offer. One must-stop in my opinion is the food hall area - so many fun items! Expect to pay a premium for anything sold here. I spent about an hour here and honestly, it was not enough and I was rushed at the end to see it all before closing. 1.5-2hrs is probably more suitable - this is not just a store, it is an attraction in itself.

This review is for Harrods food hall. In two occasions I dined at the food hall, first at the caviar bar and the second time at the steak restaurant. Dinning experience at both place was excellent. Prices are very high but you pay for the quality of the food and professional service. Food hall is a great place to take a break after a day of strolling around knight bridge. Enjoy you time.

This is our first trip to London, so we decided to partake in some London traditions. First up was afternoon tea. While there are afternoon tea offerings at many local places around London, we chose Harrods based on other reviews and pictures. It was about 65GBP per person, but it was well worth it. The tea room is absolutely beautiful and the live piano created such a warm and inviting environment to have afternoon tea and snacks/treats. You can also purchase wine or sparkling in addition to tea, if you'd like.
