I have been going to this optician for 15 years, before it was taken over by Boots. I've not once had a bad experience with them. The staff are friendly and helpful, even to people like me who sometimes take hours to choose glasses. Two of the staff have been at the store the entire time I've been going and I would recommend the store for their service alone.
