Genuinely might be one of the best pharmacies out there. The pharmacist is so knowledgeable but most importantly cares enough about people to take the time to listen and try give the best possible advice/solution. I was running around pharmacies in my area as my 3 week old really needed medication, I was met with long wait times with my locals & couldn?t even talk to a pharmacist anywhere as they were out in the back unwilling to hear me out. Had spoken to the pharmacist at Cambelles within 30 seconds of calling and when I arrived at the shop 5mins later the medication we had discussed was sat waiting for me at the counter. Had everything I needed within 15mins, he even took the time to fully explain what each thing would do and how to take it. The young lady at the counter was as also so welcoming both on the phone and in person - lovely smile and energy; the place just has such a homely atmosphere- definitely make the trip if you need proper advice!

I would not recommend this pharmacy. Poor communication and customer service. Staff were not helpful or kind and said they were too busy to help me or deal with my prescription.

Dr sent wife?s prescription to Cambelle but they were unable to find it - even though another pharmacy in the area could easily find it on the system. Staff were then rude and aggressive to my heavily pregnant wife. This has not been the first occasion they?ve been unable to fulfil a basic prescription. Would request the pharmacy improve both customer service and their prescriptions system please, in the meantime would recommend customers and patients avoid this chemist if possible.

Very poor customer service.Felt in a very awkward scenario. I wasn't sure on what products to buy and the lady at the counter was very impatient and annoyed with some kind of eye roll rather than helping me getting the right medication.Definitely not recommended

Love Cambelle's Chemist. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful and you don't have to wait long for your prescriptions ect. I was moved here by my doctors because Lloyd's pharmacy on Torridon road was a shambles. Cambelle's is much more professional and they know what they're doing..

Very rude costomer service and poor communication skills. The pharmacist which is also the owner shouted at me for asking him to refresh the computer so he could see prescription sent to him early morning. I was with my younger son I didn't appreciate being shouted at while my child is standing next to me I felt very disrespected and offended. I'll never use this pharmacy again I'm completely shocked by that behaviour.

Outstanding chemist.I went there after very rude, lazy and unprofessional service at Lloyds Pharmacy Torridon Road. A pharmacy that cannot offer a simple alternative eye ointment to the one prescribed. Just stating out of stock go to other chemists or back to the doctors. Laughable attitudeWent to Cambelle Chemists, it was like walking back in time, everyone was extremely kind and caring.I was advised that the prescription was not available anywhere and provide with a generic suitable alternative ,What a breath of fresh air this place is compared to the appalling service at Lloyds.Thanks Peter and staff ?

Never going back here again! Everyone goes in with different problems, and the last thing you need is someone yelling at you and making you feel worse than you did before you entered the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist there did exactly that, and was very unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars, but the lady at the till was lovely so that one star goes to her

What a lovely service given there by all staff and the pharmacist can seriously multitask so knowone is waiting around.. very friendly and a pleasure to be a customer.. also they have a very broad selection of stock.. brilliant chemist! Keep up the good work !

Fantastic service. My prescriptions are sent digitally from my GP surgery and are always dispensed and ready in superfast time. The dispensing staff are top class.
