Excellent experience with Dourof's carpets throughout the process.Mark and mathew is absolutely brilliant,knowledgeable, friendly . The price was great, everyone I spoke to at the company was friendly and helpful. The delivery and fitting was smooth and quick, and the fitters was very professional and polite I am very happy and would recommend.

Used Dourof's for the first time on recommendation from a friend. Needed a new stair and landing carpet. Visited the store, placed the order, measurements checked and fitting done all within a week. Excellent service. All staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again. Would highly recommend.

Great local shop. Good advice on carpets, good selection and visited twice to measure and again to cut a shaped landing for a runner. They can also stitch a runner in a colour of your choice. Excellent service all round, thanks guys.

Duorof's Carpet Warehouse is a longstanding carpet and flooring retailer in Catford, and it is easy to see why. Mark is absolutely brilliant; knowledgeable, friendly and really accommodating, making buying carpet easy. Duorof's service is second to none, we could not fault our experience. Recently bought and had carpets fitted at home address. This family company I have used every time I need carpets. I used for my daughter's home also a few years ago. They have never failed to deliver good service from beginning till end. The first contact, the gentleman, was knowledgeable and gave good advice and paid attention to our needs, the man doing the measurement was superb so we're the fitters. These people work well together and service is so personalised and friendly. I have always recommended this company and will continue to do so. Thank you for your good work and service. Oh thanks also for recommending Jan who did a super job with the runner and rug.

I would highly recommend Dourof?s Carpet Warehouse, a great family run company that truly understands great customer service. Apart from being highly competitive on price, Mark and all the staff give excellent advice and are really patient. I had a runner fitted on my stairs and it looks FAB!
