Meryem was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what we needed and was great with our two little ones!She was happily and confidently assisting us and another couple at the same time so, the store manager Michael came to us while she was busy. Michael was very courteous, offered us a cup of tea while we made our order and was so knowledgeable and keen to help us.An absolutely fantastic experience owing to the team at the Catford store; so refreshing.Thanks Dream team!

Popped in on Sun, 24th Sept to maybe swap my mattress which I've had for 2 months, and was greeted by Michael, who was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All the staff there were wonderful and was lovely chatting to them all. They know their stuff! Highly recommend this store, mainly for the staff there.

We chose Dreams to get a mattress for my mum whom has back Pains. We were greeted by Michael and I must say he was very professional and easy to talk to. He took the time to really understand us and showed us a number of different mattresses which my mum tried. He explained the differences to make sure we find the right one for us.I would highly recommend Dreams in Catford and especially go and see Michael.

Exceptional service in store last week! It's one thing to go shopping for something you need, but to be educated on the products before your purchase is another thing. It means you can make an informed decision and come away with the best item for your needs. The sleep match machine is very intelligent technology! Hats off to Michael, a credit to his team!

The service received from the young Kira was outstanding. The range of products offered by Dreams was much superior to that of the competition. After a long search, only here I have been able to find the right non-synthetic mattresses suitable for my three electric reclining beds. Thank you.

Visited on Saturday and spoke to Solomon who was wonderful. We did not have time to complete the transaction at that time, but agreed we would come back the next day (despite the fact we knew Solomon would not be there). We arrived not long after opening on Sunday. We were not even acknowledged by the only staff member for more than half an hour. In the end we made the decision ourselves without staff input and will either buy online or go elsewhere.

I received the best ever customer service from Solomon. He was very informative and polite.Great salesman, I even bought insurance,and a mattress cover.After leaving the store, I realised my car had a flat battery as my son was charging his phone, whilst I was purchasing my bed .Solomon was tomy rescue, asking other motorist for jump leads, and made sure my car started . Happy customer, will definitely pop in and say hi to Solomon.Thank you..JG

Great customer service here. Walked was left alone for a while which was nice, gave us time to look around Kirsty approached us welcoming us and asked a few questions she suggested trying the sleep bed out which tells you the type of mattress you need. Kirsty helped pick out the right bed and mattress we needed after explaining everything to her. Will definitely go back again and definitely recommend.
