Was sent here today after my car battery was lifeless. Breakdown service man charged it a bit and I drove to catford branch. Ollie and Sammie checked my battery and asked some questions. I realised I hadn't driven it for over a week and as I only do little journeys need to keep it ticking over for battery to charge. They was really helpful. Will definetly go and see them again. Brilliant customer service and didn't wait long to be seen.

Takes a lot of time to get anything fitted. I waited for over 40 mins after I had made an online order.

Terrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The Catford branch reminds me of an episode of Beadles about, except their not joking. Not only does it take ages to buy anything because the store is run so inefficiently but Products are expensive and very poor quality ( Halfords own brand). Well known Branded products are very expensive compared to other motor factors like unipart or euro car parts. Staff know very little about the products they are selling in the shop. Avoid!!

Don't know how they get job's
I've worked in retail for a long time and would not have a job if acted like that
Think manager or area manager need to review your staff training
