I?ve visited the store today around the afternoon, only to witness the disgusting and rude behaviour by one of the worker at the self checkout. A woman who seemed to have a hard time understanding self check out accidentally selected courgette instead of cucumber, she seemed to have a language barrier problem since she did not understand she was being shouted for not selecting the right vegetable ?can you not read properly before you select? now bear in mind this customer did not understand anything this man was saying to her so she selected the wrong vegetable again and got shouted at again instead of just helping the poor lady out, as I am self scanning my items, right next to me was another lady who also had the same exact problem however she got treated with very much respect and kindness, the gentleman even offered to scan it for her and so he did. Lidl is such a big well known business and yet the staff are just ruining the companies name by acting this way. The First Lady i mentioned was a Muslim lady covered in a veil and the second woman I mentioned was a western woman covered in western clothes. Please tell me why people can?t be treated equally because this is not acceptable and I will take this matter further and report this to HR I am hurt and shocked by what I had to witness.

Lidl is a great shop, not all big name brand products, but that doesn't matter cause you can still find what you need. Also have great bratwurst.

Plenty of parking available. Great range of food. Bakery limited though compared to other Lidls that I have visited. At least half of the range of bakery items don't appear to be catered for as no shelf space for them.

This shop was couple weeks time ago refurbished and is nice and fresh. Very friendly stuff and good prices.

I used to buy all my montly shopping at LIDL, but this year I've been doing it at ALDI!!! Sorry LIDL but ALDI it's been cheapest tham you.

Excellent selection of good quality produce, including fresh bakery. Prices are reasonable and noticeably cheaper. Catford store is big, clean and well laid out.

This place is good because there's a car park an a McDonald. This is also located near banks and transport links to here are decent

Nothing to write home about to be honest. It's decent and there is decent parking space. It's clean and has helpful staff. Strangely, it's frequented by a lot of shop lifters. I have seen more shop lifters cause drama in this particular store than anywhere else combined.

I only use this Lidl when en-route to a place I have to go to about 2 X a month. I don't have a Lidl close to my home so find myself shopping mainly at my local Aldi. I like the freshly baked items at Lidl especially the Portuguese custard tarts. :-)

I'm extremely disappointed and sadden by what I saw today in lidl Catford, I cried. Only 2 member of staff on the shop floor and nobody on the tills so everyone had to go to self check out, however one person that I found out had autism was having a meltdown because he was getting anxious about using the self check out. The member of staff got upset with him and didn't want to help him so I did. I felt so sorry for this man, Lidl in Catford is the worst for people with any form of disability. I'm also going to make a formal complaint about this!

My wife is disabled, she comes to this shop to do her shopping, she came this morning 11 - 07 - 22 at around 09.50. when she was going to the till she realise the one on the till has a lot of shopping which was going to take time. my wife had a small shopping in small trolley because she uses the trolley to support her. only one till was open and she decided to go to the help your self till and the lady who was there just told her trolleys are not allowed here and my wife told her she is on scroches and the lady told her am not the one who made the rules. There was no other alternative given or even to tell her will see what we can do. the manager was called and she said the same thing which was very disappointing. My wife has to live her shopping there and went home. there was no customer service ethics shown there, no remorse was shown.

Great for parking. Bakery always items i want out of stock. Never had a problem with staff. Customers can be rude sometimes
