Absolutely 10/10 service from Tegs, who helped me check stock by phone before visiting the store and went out of her way to make sure they were packed safely so there weren?t any breakages on the way home. I?ll return to this branch again.

Fantastic service from the team especially a staff member called Tegs, she?s an absolute star very friendly and knows what she?s doing. Tegs sorted everything out for me which was ordering Tiles for me, giving great advice on tile adhesive and helping me pick out grout colour, thank you very much I will definitely come back ?? A+

I called up in advance as I needed some tiles in particular. The deputy manager was so helpful and went hunting around to find all the tiles I needed. When I arrived with a box of tiles to return under one arm and the baby under she immediately came over and took the box from me while she was still serving another customer. She also had my tiles waiting for me then after my transaction took them to my car for me. Brilliant customer service!
