Definitely listen to the reviewers pointing out the tendency for employees to speak to you in a condescending or downright rude way.I have been without my medication for over a week due to issues with my GP accidentally forgetting to repeat one of them, and while attempting to get advice, the woman on the phone was very adamant that they couldn?t help me. She did not listen to a word I was saying and instead got annoyed and spoke over me, repeatedly telling me to speak to my GP.I just wanted to know if I could go to A&E or anything since 111 wouldn?t work, but she turned on the hostility and attitude and started saying something weird about ?No one here will risk their license for you.? I was so confused and have absolutely no idea what she thought I was trying to ask her to do, but she wouldn?t listen to me for long enough to get the message across.This wouldn?t be such an issue if the staff at the desk were friendly, but unfortunately no one seems to actually care about the people they?re providing medication for. Such a disappointing experience for a person already in distress.

The staff are really lovely, butefficiency/speed isn't part of their service. Watching paint dry comes to mind ?

Incredibly organised, well stocked pharmacy housed in a very pleasant , open plan space, offering a swift service. Unfortunately, all of the staff are incredibly aloof and do not acknowledge customers the way in which they should. I?ve been served multiple times, and on most occasions, the assistant did not utter a single word. I fully appreciate they are all busy, and customers really just need to receive their medications; they?re delivering on that. However, sick people really do not need to see such gloomy faces. Cheer up team!

Friendly pharmacy, which can get quite busy, with a lot of rude customers all complaining their prescriptions are taking a long while bearing in mind the staff are overworked and are going as quick as they can :)

Rubbish, slow, hot, constantly messing up my depression meds which is really not good, only reason it?s not 1 star is because of the one nice competent member of staff

Amazing pharmacy. Well staffed with knowledgeable, polite staff. And totally set up to manage what I assume is a large number of local residents on their books. So happy we moved our preferred pharmacy from Lloyds to Vantage!

My husband went to the pharmacy to get vitamin D for our baby as I was unable to do so. The health visitor advised us to go to the pharmacy with our baby?s red book and we would be able to get them. Unfortunately this wasn?t the case and the person who served my husband was rather patronising towards him by shoving a vitamin card in his face and asking him whether ?he was sure his wife didn?t have the card? hence making assumptions. He could have been a single dad for all they knew and my husband came back home mortified and feeling really silly for the way he was treated. I even called the health visitor who was rather surprised by this then I found out that the card mentioned was for free vitamins. If this was explained at the outset by the person at the pharmacy, my husband would have happily paid for them. A little courtesy and asking questions go a long way so I?d suggest keeping this in mind instead of using a patronising and condescending tone with someone who maybe doesn?t have the knowledge and is just doing what has been told by a medical professional.

I went today as I was referred by 111 to their ?community consultation service?. My son has had a re-occuring high fever for over a week now with joint pain. It?s christmas eve so couldn?t get an app with the GP hence why 111 referred me here. She said someone will assess him and can prescribe anything if necessary. The gent just said ?I dont have access to his medical records? so just give him paracetomol and ibruprofen. It?s a blatant lie, of course they have access to the medical records. When you call 111 it says that any service they refer you to have access. He also straight away assumed I wanted antibiotics and started rambling on about how he won?t give me them (at no point did I mention this I just told him about the reoccurring fever), this just makes me think he knew my son needed them based on what I was saying but is refusing to give them either because there is a shortage or something like that. I know something is wrong, no I don?t particularly want to do this on xmas eve or particularly want him to take antibiotics, but this overall service is appalling. I pay my taxes, I pay for the medicine (not that it matters, this is supposed to be a progressive society and system) and I have to beg for someone to even consider my son?s situation, treated as if I am some sort of liar who gets a thrill out of this or some hypochondriac. I?m not a first time parent, something is clearly not okay and you should be ashamed to not take relevant action on that. I will be making a formal complaint.

What a disgusting pharmacy this is! Called to ask to release my script and the man who I spoke to at 13.35pm on 06/12/2022 was incredibly unprofessional had no knowledge of pharmacy I'd be shocked if he was a pharmacist. Very rude and spoke with disdain! I proceeded to say thank you for your help and to have a lovely day to be met with him cutting the phone one me! Do better Vantage pharmacy!

I had selected vantage pharmacy for my vaccine jabs. Entrance is separate for pharmacy and vaccination centre. Neat, clean and all safety and social-distancing measures are followed. Staff is also so warm and helpful. They make sure we are comfortable and answer all questions politely. GET VACCINATED !!!

This is a covid19 walk in centre review. The centre observes social distancing. The area is fairly warm amd comfortable, recommend a coat, but the service is excellent. There was 1 person giving vaccinations but the centre was not busy at all.

This pharmacy is so much better than the Lloyd's pharmacies I used to get my prescriptions through. I can call to order items and they're ready to pick up within two working days. Very busy next to the GP but staff are efficient and professional, and are also willing to advise if you have any questions.
