The staff doing the garden part was amazing. He promoted the membership card to us, saying that first time registration can have £5 voucher immediately for purchase over £30, and gave us a leaflet.When I went to the cashier, I suspected that the cashier gentlemen has some issues with his mentality. I asked him how to get that discount after registration and why there was no discount after I paid over £30. He simply said he didn't know and asked me not to ask him questions and please figured that out through the website myself.So I contacted the website, the colleague there said their store colleagues had to solve this issue for me because I purchased in-store and she couldn't help me as she was only in charge of the online transactions.So, it's not the £5, that money I could just buy a coffee and it's gone. It's the problem of the cashier throwing the responsibility back to the new customers when HE is supposed to assist me.I may go to the store and ask about the voucher again, or I may not purchase anything from this store again.

Both tiles online. Get conformation what my order ready to collect. After 5 hours get a call from the store what my order is ready for collection but it?s not full.

If you want to get shouted at for asking for help , via rude workers your in the right place they clearly need to go on some customer service training or anger management course

I used to love shopping my DIY materials from B&Q but quite recently in this particular branch, I had an encounter of a staff having no idea of his workplace items. I don?t mind if he couldn?t tell me where to get wire nails are located but to leave me with no alternative help is not a very good customer service as att. Today, a woman called, Zoe, just proved this bad impressions right! Not just rude but makes assumptions about her customers. I recommend you take her off the customer service section because she gives your company a very bad reputation!

My wife has just been into the store at belvedere and was patronised and spoken to in an abusive manor by 2 members of staff Shah (store manager) and Godfrey (paint dept)They even stood waving at her as she left the store.As a tradesman i have noticed that this store has been going downhill for quite some time with lack of stock etc i would recomend avoiding the Belvedere B & Q store

It's clean, has space to move around, I found almost everything I needed, as you walk around you can hear, if you can't find it ask a staff member, but finding a member of staff was impossible, then the self service till were closed, someone was asking all his questions at the till, because he couldn't find any staff. I ordered my paint pads on line in the end, but I did get my paint

Customer Service staffs when returning items are nightmare. Difficult to have a conversation with them and their body languages ? ?I had a beautiful experience with a staff member at the bathroom department and he was exceptional ?

My son and husband went to belvedere store to purchase bbq blocks and bbq fuel my son was carrying the items for my husband at the till he was refused service only because my son was holding items for his dad the manager came and said that they can't be sold to a grown man cause my son was holding the items and my husband wasn't I called the store to ask why a man of 51 years of age has been refused and asked for head office number where they gave me another bnq store number they lied and said my husband was else where in the store and my son went to the till alone having them call today to say they looked at cctv and us being correct my husband was first at the till and they were together they also said they were both told to leave the store when infact they left on there own acord this store is full of lies and staff of no help at all expecially the manager having contacted head office my self and made a complaint about the manager and the store they cauldnt believe what I told them my son being autistic likes to do things such as carry things to help they didn't care we've never had a problem with this store as we are always there spending money for things for our home never again will we be shopping here were go to wicks where the staff are far more helpful and understanding expecially when it comes to children with autism I hope Sophie the manager if that's her name as everything else that was given was a lie sees this if I cauld give zero stars I would for no customer care at all I will spread this where every one can see how bnq lies to get there self out of things when cctv has proved other wise this caused so much distress and upset to my son which wasn't needed and he cauldnt cope in this situation when you have a child with autism you will realise the smallest things can cause so much to them so thank you for your poor customer service

Amazing store and even more amazing staff especially the lady at the entrance and both security guards they allowed me to take my bike around with me as didn't feel safe leaving it out side so my cousin asked if we could take both bikes around with us and he explained why to the lady and she happily approved and was understanding of the situation she radioed it through to the security guards so they was aware of us and then one security guard was very kind and came up to us and help us find our way around the store and show us where all the things we needed were and then as we got to the checkout the other security guard was very helpful and also very funny and making things feel so much more easier and relaxed.. wish I could of got there names to give them good compliments to there manager..

Site shared with Asda next door. Grim place often too dim due to lights being turned off. Keep finding packets that have been torn open where people have presumably stolen what they need instead of paying B&Q exorbitant prices. They have invariably run out of whatever I went there to buy. Tills rarely staffed properly and now they've gone over to a particularly awkward variant of self service tills. Until recently, the car park resembled the Somme, with roadways between parking bay aisles in a worse status than the road outside. But after three years of that it's finally been fixed. The Dartford branch is way better.

Always nice, clean, with good stock where you can find everything you need.The employees are nice, polite and professional, always there to help.The prices are B&Q prices: quite reasonable for most of the items.

A big store which has everything you would need DIY wise. Plenty of car parking. The staff are helpful, and like every B&Q store I have been to, they always seem to know what aisle you need for the items you want.
