There seems to be some breakdown between management and staff relations. Not very professional to be moaning about managers to the customer. Equally, not great for managers to be admonishing staff in front of customers. Anyway.Lev at the kitchens department is super helpful. Charmaine at the click and collect/returns super positive and helpful. Thank you!

I think the customer Services should be improved. As many of the times I go there . It’s like you are in the wonder land . So many good things to BUY BUT NEVER SOMEONE TO HELP A SINGLE QUESTION IF YOU NEED SO. Basically a very luck of staff to help the customer choose the right product. They need a lot of improvement if they really want make the customer comeback or satisfied. Plz look around!!!!!!-;(

It's a huge Do it yourself store with a variety of products ranging from plumbing to tools to gardening to lightning and electronics... All sorts of tools are found here. It's amazing that you can buy all that from one location. Great hardware store. It even has a small station where you can cut wood and different materials into the right sizes

Staff are always friendly & helpful. Stock selection isn't always great, but click & collect helps with this. Special mention to the customer services team, notably Chidinma, who really helped me out when an online collection order needed expediting! Thank you :-)

B&Q is great. They have practically everything for the House and Garden. The staff is helpful, but they are over-stretched as there's only a few of them. For instance, I waited for help for over 30 minutes! That's poor service
