Was supposed to have an appointment here for a Business account with Ricky. Waited downstairs for half an hour, after which i was told to go up to the 2nd floor as he will see me now, only to later be told hes not in the branch today!!! Poor service, and clearly a lack of communication between staff members. Was later told "Ricky" would call me back the next day to reschedule. Its now 2 weeks later and no phone call.
This is not a serious branch, and the staff here tarnish the Barclays brand. Would recommend doing anything you need to do online or better yet call the overseas call centre!

Good to have a Actual physical branch but they are now very crowded at peak times.

Came in today to get some bank statements printed and validated and was served by Zakaria Osman. He managed to make this simple task painfully tedious. He felt that printing and stamping bank statements, which can only be done in person at a bank, a pointless task that was beneath him. It's very annoying to excuse yourself from work on a weekday and be treated this way. Thankfully this isn't my local branch. Terrible service by an uninterested employee sours an overall healthy banking relationship.
