following my occasional visit on March 26, 2022 at betfred old kent Road SE1 5LU. so I do not live in old kent road I am from Catford I am shocked by the contemptuous and aggressive behavior of your agent, a gayard black person who came to see me after after inserting more than £80 to tell me you have to stop the machine because of changing the notes, things that were wrong since he was sweating with months with an aggressive attitude, like right away they were polite, I gave up in order to avoid false problems frankly if nothing or done to call him to order even if it is necessary to sanction him I will not come back to your sign and I will inform my entourage of these bizarre and scandalous actions thank you for cleaning up
